Potbelly is hands down one of my favorite places to go for a sandwich. Potbelly does not have a presence in Hawaii so I don't have the luxury of eating at this place often. However if by chance I find one at a location I am traveling to, I will stop by and have a quick bite to eat. There is something about the process in which they put the sandwich through the conveyor belt that makes this taste amazing time and time again. The consistency from one restaurant to another is on point.

Ordered the turkey and avocado original. Yum! I didn’t have high expectations but this sandwich was great! The meatball sub and chili also got great reviews from others in my dining party. A nice surprise. Would definitely recommend. They may have been short-staffed as most restaurants and retail establishments are these days but they prepped our lunch in a timely manner and were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely no complaint against the staff here, they're trying their absolute hardest, but this store is the worst in the city. Everytime I've come here it's been so severly mismanaged that there is only 1-2 people at the counter and huge lines. I order online so I can swoop in and grab it, but always end up waiting just as long as it would take for me to order in store, its absurd. The owners need to figure out how to manage this store better and this would be a five star review. It's past 2pm on a Saturday, waiting 20-30 minutes for an online order that said it was ready 15 minutes before I even showed up is a bit much.

super wilted, soggy greens. food item was $14ish which is reasonable but most of it save the toppings was inedible.food rotation prevents not just disgruntled patrons, but food-borne illness as well. also the person up front tried to tell me she couldn’t substitute tuna for chicken at first and i was so flummoxed by the unnecessary correction.

This location is a complete disaster and never has orders ready sooner than 15 minutes past when promised. I have empathy for anyone in service but the reality is that if time is important to you, find another location to order from. Also, the streets are really unsafe by this location so be on guard.

My boyfriend tried their pizza sandwhich and loved it. We also shared their broccoli chedder soup, and it was really good.

Great atmosphere, had the meatball pizza sandwich. Forgotten to get a picture this time. Had a s'mores cookie for dessert. Both were amazing and worth the trip. Very pleased with the portion size and the flavors.

I frequent this location once weekly sometimes. Over the past three months I have been disappointed. Especially today 8/25/22. I ordered shinny grilled chicken sandwich. Staff was playing around with each other while I waited for the sandwich. Some staff has no gloves on, one with gloves laying on table where food supposed to be prep. When I got sandwich had a few pieces of chicken chopped up that was extremely salty, withered lettuce and tomato. Just tasted horrible. Didn't have any ice. Tables dirty. Probably will not go there again.

Good sandwiches. As expected for a Potbelly. I will come here again!

Amazing sandwich shop with great sandwiches... Ps: just load em up! The sandwich expert was awesome!Served me how he would want to be served, he even helped by creating a "yellow" mac and cheese for my picky lil 5 year old by adding cheddar. Wish they had this shop in Canada...will return at my next visit to Seattle!

Best sandwich, is so delicious must try

BLTA was fantastic. Bread is crunchy outside and pillowy on the inside. Pickle was good and garlicky.

I found a fly in my sandwich after eating the majority of it. The manager didn't even say he was sorry. I wasn't even able to keep the food down because that is just disgusting to me. I will never be getting food from there again. DISGUSTING!
