I bought a ham and cheese sandwich and the whole thing was greasy and cold. Was clearly meant to be eaten hot. Asked them to reheat and said they couldn’t. I’m not sure why they didn’t throw it out if they couldn’t serve it right.
Coffee was good, but the cups will leak.

this used to be my favorite place to come to on my days off. still is when the right people are there- they have always been kind, friendly, and make some of the best coffee! but i’ve recently started going somewhere else. within the last two months when i have gone there, there is a specific barista who i believe is newer has consistently under poured my drinks, have been incorrectly made, or has been short / a little rude to me. i know we all have our off days, i have been a barista for the last ten years. but this has been consistent and i have walked into p&g and walked out when i have seen her because i don’t want to pay for a bad experience :-( i just wanted to share my experience, i don’t know if it’s universal. i am just bummed that my once favorite place i used to go to is now not always an enjoyable experience.

no dogs allowed, disappointing considering there's no sign clarifying that

General last 5 years review: mixed on food and coffee/tea, although used to be better and loved going there often. Their sandwiches were so good. Scones lately are often undercooked. Worst chai I've ever had, no flavor. Sorry, I hate leaving bad reviews but it's such a nice neighborhood location. Service is fast but some seem like they don't want to work there. Where's the owner to oversee quality?

$4.89 for an 8 or 12 oz Americano. 'Nuff said.

$5 for a 16oz coffee. Ouch.

The ham sandwich is my new favorite EVER-their housemade bread is in its own amazing category, and the ham/cheese/pickles omg. It’s a perfect combination.
Also the sprinkle cookie is fantastic. Tender, buttery-crisp. Excellent!

Perfect place for grabbing a coffee and baked goods. I love that they always have a couple vegan options.

Amazing pickles and pastries. The coffee is great too. I really enjoyed the sunny and open decor. Try the cardamom syrup!

First time visiting this coffee shop, but it won't be my last. The cappuccino was everything it should be and the lemonade was refreshing! I wish I'd taken a photo... Next time

Their jam and ham biscuit is one of the best things I have ever eaten. It was still warm when I got it, the biscuit was super floofy and I loved the salty sweetness of the jam and ham.

Fails at the basics of classic espresso drinks, such as cappuccinos. Great iced and sugary coffee drinks. Nice staff and good atmosphere.
