Typically the staff here are great, but today one of them was odd - had trouble speaking, and came across as highly anxious - and the other one was flip and a little rude. “We need to run your card again,” they said. “Oh it didn’t go through?” I said, just as an automatic thing to say. “No, and that’s why we need to run it again,” was the reply, said in a sardonic way. Mild offense, obviously! Not really a big deal. The world is burning, and I got a good lunch. But - come on.
Update: I came back the next day (today) and the staff person was great!

I just received an $12 ice cream from them that was so small I thought it was a joke. 3 small slices of banana with 3oz of ice cream. It’s so insulting I had to come on and say something. You should be ashamed.

I did a 3 day juice cleanse and it was amazing! I went in not knowing exactly if that’s what I wanted to do but the person there was so helpful and knowledgeable. The juice of course was super yummy and I felt better after the 3 days. My face broke out during the cleanse but then was so clear after! Whether you’re just craving fresh juice or doing a cleanse I recommend this place and juice.

Absolutely loooved this place! Was craving something sweet but being new to the area and having strict dietary restrictions, it made it difficult. I'm so happy to have found this place and the young woman who took my order was the absolute sweetest. I wish I had her name I definitely want to shout her out! She allowed me to try the samples to decide on which freeze i liked more. Will be visiting the Pressed in Bellevue again! Thank you for making my first experience one to remember 💓

They accidentally gave me expired products from the cleanse pack but, they gladly switched it out for free and provided me extra juice and 6 shots to try. they made the situation right and thankful they went above and beyond - especially as a first timer VIP member and cleanser. Thank you so much for turning around my experience! I’m happy to try out the energy and calming shots
Being a vip member makes the pricing more reasonable but the quality of the juices has gotten awful. Considering cancelling my membership due to the lack of quality ingredients

I have been really enjoying my pressed membership, the products are great and very effective. However this location is just SAD, the employees don’t know anything about the products, they are so unenthusiastic about being there, and I do not feel welcome when I pick up my orders or grab a juice to go! Today was especially bad and I have no remorse for leaving a bad review, in fact management really needs to do something about the employee morale at this location. Hardly ever are these employees upfront, they are always in the backroom on their phones, and today I actually had to holler so that someone would help me, they had no idea a customer walked in. The girl seemed so bothered. The order I had for pick up at 3:30 wasn’t ready to be picked up by 3:28, she assembled everything on the fly. And I ended up adding the Hilma Pills to my order and completely forgot about my VIP pricing and she didn’t even ask. Just so frustrating that this location doesn’t have any knowledgeable or passionate employees to share this awesome product and and and upsell customers! Ya’ll are losing out in sales because these girls don’t care in the slightest and they just get paid to sit and scroll. Please please do something!
