I can see why folks say this is the best pizza in Seattle. The crust is perfect with toppings like soft egg and ham, or perfectly spiced sausage and hot peppers. C’est encroyable! Plus friendly atmosphere, reasonable pricing and a back bar and arcade
Proletariat is a great spot to eat if your in the white center area. Sort of a hidden gem.
The pizza is absolutely delicious! Crust is crispy without being burnt, sauce is slightly sweet but not overpowering. The ingredients were all fresh (you can see them prepping fresh veggies etc) and they even got the cheese right (not too little but not overflowing, it's supposed to be an accent not all you can taste). All in all a great pie all around, never...

The staff are friendly and they seem to enjoy working together, which gives the whole place a happy vibe.
The store has a solid variety of ice cream flavors. I love this place.
