After passing by so many times and seeing the sold out sign, today finally got to try one! I got their special of the week, and it was soo good. Pastry was really layered and flaky and the raspberry with the chocolate was great combo.

Flaky croissant heaven. Coming early is not a recommendation but its a must. They do sell out by 11am. We got the pistachio winter tree. The croissant was so flaky and pairs perfectly with the pistachio cream inside. We also got their classic Almonite and Chocolatine the almond frangipane was delicious. They also have focaccia that come out at 10am. We'll be back for those next time. Worth waking up early for.

Always fresh croissants š„ great small business. Friendly service. Highly recommend it! I buy from them every week.
Pufftown has an array of absolutely delicious baked goods. I was lucky enough to get a box of everything they had to offer back in October. The chicken miso bun (i think this was seasonal) was absolutely phenomenal but honestly hard to pick a favorite. the owners are so cool and nice. highly recommend!
ran by one of the nicest people with one of the best pastries in town. gotta get there before 11am for full selection

Incredible is an understatement when it comes to these pastries! The revolving flavors is like unboxing a blind box from popmart in the most exciting way. Iām a single parent and Saturday being the only time I can come, we make it a mission to stop. Seattle freeze who? The owners are so kind that my kids are always chatting it up with them while we wait on our assortment of delicious treats to be wrapped up. I ALWAYS recommend this bakery to anyone that goes and if anyone thinks itās āmehā just say youāre boring and donāt have real taste buds because you can really taste the flavor in each and every pastry. Five out of five but wish I could give more!

Meh. No need to overthink a ham and cheese croissant and end up with something kind of gross. Plain croissant was ok. Standard. Answers to questions about when other items would be ready felt a bit aloof and patronizing. Won't be back and cannot recommend.

Best croissant Iāve tried in Seattle by far ā you can tell itās quality ingredients and made with love. Well done to the owners of this small business! Also I found it reasonably priced which was refreshing, and means Iāll become a regular!!

Tried 5 different croissants (over $50), and only one was good. I was SO excited to try this place and was very disappointed. Incredibly overpriced, all served cold, and Iāve had similar (or much better!) croissants at every other bakery in Seattle.
For reference, I tried: hazelnut croissant (absolutely no taste), pistachio croissant (beautiful but meh on taste), ham and cheese (meh), chorizo (not good, especially cold!), and the last one was AMAZING (it was a seasonal rolled one with orange glaze I believe- this is the only one I would recommend)

One of my favorite gems in the market, and certainly one of the best patisseries in Seattle. Get here early as theyāre sure to sell out.

It's a good time to be a croissant lover in Seattle. Though Pufftown is a newcomer on the scene, it has quickly risen to the ranks of local staples like Nouveau, Petit Pierre, and Rosellini's.
They execute their staplesābutter croissants, pain au chocolat, almondinesāexceptionally well. But on top of that, they've got a ton of fun and inventive flavors, many of them rotating. While not all of the flavor combinations were perfectly spot on, the care and experimentation make it easy to forgive.
They also have rotating focaccia. This week it was cheeseburger flavor and man, is it delicious. Don't overlook it!
A couple pro tips: They open early and tend to sell out, especially on weekends. They only sell their almondine and chocolatine (which is a personal favorite of mine) on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 7:30 am sharp until they run out (which they will). They only sell focaccia starting at 10:00 am until they run out (and again, they will). While it's a little inconvenient if you just want to pick up a variety of items, it gives you a reason to come back another day (or hang around the market for a few hours, which is also a great way to spend a morning).
Pufftown is certainly a contender for the best croissant in Seattle. You won't be disappointed.
