After passing by so many times and seeing the sold out sign, today finally got to try one! I got their special of the week, and it was soo good. Pastry was really layered and flaky and the raspberry with the chocolate was great combo.
Flaky croissant heaven. Coming early is not a recommendation but its a must. They do sell out by 11am. We got the pistachio winter tree. The croissant was so flaky and pairs perfectly with the pistachio cream inside. We also got their classic Almonite and Chocolatine the almond frangipane was delicious. They also have focaccia that come out at 10am. We'll be back for those next time. Worth waking up early for.
Pufftown has an array of absolutely delicious baked goods. I was lucky enough to get a box of everything they had to offer back in October. The chicken miso bun (i think this was seasonal) was absolutely phenomenal but honestly hard to pick a favorite. the owners are so cool and nice. highly recommend!
