My first meal in Seattle and it did not disappoint! We arrived in town way later than anticipated, so we were famished and this place was our knight in shining armor. So many vegan options! I had the Pad See Ew and tried the very unique (and cute!) Flower Cups. Everyone was so friendly and accomodating. Hope to go back befire our trip ends.

Waited at the host stand for five+ minutes waiting to be seated (or acknowledged) while three employees passed by my wife and I. No hello, no acknowledgment, no eye contact… nothing. After being ignored long enough, we left and dinned in at Coba.

The food and service were absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and if I lived in Seattle, I would visit here at least once every week or two. What a gem you all have here!

Good late night Thai food for after Isarn closes. Liked the eggplant!
Inside pretty... bare? Not that that matters too much. Just feels like they moved into the space recently

Ordered the Pad Thai w chicken and my partner ordered the Pad See Ewe w tofu. Both dishes were excellent. The pad Thai noodles were thin and glassy, the amount of tamarind sauce touted the entire dish with lovely tangy tartness that left me feeling fresh. The side of bean sprouts were obviously fresh and were an excellent pallet cleanser. The pad see ewe noodles which I only sampled had such a lovely chewy texture and a deep flavor of toasted rice. If you order a Thai iced tea here, go for the coconut milk variety for an extra 50 cents, the drink has a silky mouthfeel that the same beverage with whole milk lacks. Chef Tipjutha puts her extensive training and decoration on full display, continuing to be a stalwart bastion of the cuisine.

This restaurant is phenomenal! Thai is my favorite cuisine, and Cashew Thai Cuisine is arguably the best I’ve had in years! The chef is from Bangkok and has trained all over the world. The lunch special is great—$17.95 and you get to pick two dishes. The green curry had amazing flavor! Highly recommend!

Ordered as company subsidized meal through a platform called Relish. For $16.5 pretax, the amount of rice that came with the red curry were two mouthfuls, to be exact! After finishing all the food, I wasn't even 1/3 full! There were only 5 pieces of chicken in the curry. And where are the long chili peppers? I didn't see any! I'll make sure not to make any personal visits to this place.
Delicious!
