Savory (not sweet) Thai food. Many Thai restaurants put too much sugar in their curry and noodle dishes. Not this one! It was so nice to have a savory Pad Thai and green curry. Lunch special was the perfect amount of food for $16.95. Both Vegan and Gluten free for the win! Did not like the QR code menu. Service was a little slow, but very friendly.

Vegetarian options: I was able to have both vegan and gluten free food.

The food was spectacular!! We were visiting Seattle for Christmas. We love Thai food and always seek out the best Thai restaurants wherever we go. Cashew Thai is the best Thai restaurant in Seattle. We ate their twice, and each time was as good.

The spices they use are incredible. I had the Pad Kee Mao with chicken. The noodles, chicken, and vegetables were cooked in a spicy garlic sauce that was simply amazing. It was on the spicier side, which I prefer,...
