I love Quiznos, it's my favorite sandwich place ever, but unfortunately all the ones around me closed down when the company went bust. I had to travel to Seattle for a doctor's appointment on Oct. 18th and was pleasantly surprised to find out there was a Quiznos just a couple of minutes away from the hospital my appointment was at. I checked their hours on Google and they should have been open, but after paying for parking and walking over the the shop, I found a sign on the door saying they were closed because of oven issues. It may sound kind of stupid but it really ruined my day, I was really looking forward to having my high school favorite meal that day and just ended up being out a dollar for parking with nothing to eat.
This place had been closed for many weeks now. There's a sign on the door saying they're having oven problem. It would be nice if the owner would bother to update their store hours on Google maps.
They hate delivery drivers. I stood and waited my turn in line as they didn’t have a designated pickup area. I’ve done over 1000 deliveries and not once have I had restarting staff completely ignore me for over twenty minutes. Very unprofessional.
Delicious sandwich, fast and friendly service. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes during the lunch rush
Ordered online as encouraged to do. When I arrived there were 6 people in line. Not only was my sandwich not made, but he helped every person who was in the store and everyone who walked in after I did, made their sandwiches and had them pay. 7 minutes after my pickup time I told him that I had to get back to work and couldn’t wait can he cancel the order. He said it would just be one minute, but he continue to cash out other people. I had already paid, getting me out would have been faster than helping everyone else first. I get that he was alone, but that is clearly an issue with this store not staffing properly. I had no choice but to leave to get back to work on time, but he wouldn’t cancel the order. If you can’t fill online orders, don’t accept them. The email said to call to cancel or change, but since he’s working alone he can’t answer the phone. Won’t be going back.
Staff staff were amazing! Fast paced busy environment, they handled it! Now for the other customers welcome to Seattle r u d e! Beings have not from Seattle we're unaware of their line situation and happened to be in the wrong line. The gentleman they came in after us when asked if they were willing to be gentleman and let us take our place in line. Ignored us and carried on in the line. It's unfortunate that we show hospitality by being so unhospitable!
Staff is absolutely fantastic! Always a great sandwich.
Their posted hours online said they’re open weekends, but when I got there the door had a sign saying they were closed on weekends.UPDATE: They responded to this review, but still haven’t fixed their online hours. Another guy wrote a review a month before me saying the same thing. I guess they just don’t care about their customers.
Only spot in town, well worth the trip to get some deliciousness.
This place doesn’t conform to their posted opening hours. Called ahead to place an order during their normal business hours and they closed early for no reason. You should let your customers know if you change your posted hours.

Just bought food here and the lady and gentlemen that work there are always super nice, give you all the condiments and requests you need, and always very patient when ordering. 5 stars!
Friendly staff, nice sandwiches (I often do a steak sandwich)
Literally the worst place to eat ever. Can't get an order correct no matter how many times you tell them. No wonder no one wants to eat at quiznos
Kind of a no-frills location; it had limited seating before the great plague. But for what it lacks in grace, it compensates with efficiency and speed. Nice staff, too. It's hard to find Quiznos locations vs. other fast-food joints, so it's a great thing to have a good one like this.
I frequent this Quizno's quite a bit. Despite being a smaller restaurant, this place is rather busy. There's usually a few people working through the lunch rush and the line generally moves pretty quickly. It's definitely worth the walk past two subways to get here.
