I wish the banh mi was cheaper, but it makes for an excellent after work meal. Ask for a cold chicken banh mi with extra pate; it’s great and easy protein.

Payed 9 bucks for a drink that looked very different than what was advertised on the menu. It was just ok.
The sandwich was good. It was a little bit more saucey than I'm used to. But the flavors and crispiness of the bun were there. The juice tea I got tasted artificial. The service was really slow. It was slow to get order taken, slow for the food to come out, and the drinks didn't come and had to be requested. There was a wait even after that.

This place was quite odd. The female servers seemed eager to help but were at a loss when we asked for simple requests like coffee without milk and regular tea. Arriving after 3:00 pm, we were told that the person who makes drinks had already left, and they were no longer serving drinks. We had come specifically for dessert, as we were craving something sweet and this was the only spot open downtown. In the end, they just steamed some tea, which wasn't quite what we wanted. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our drinks and left feeling a bit disappointed. However, I must say, the dessert was quite good.

Was really busy when we stopped by, but the service was great, our order came out quickly and was delicious! We tried the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea and a Strawberry Stormy. Both were very good, but the Strawberry Stormy with Mango Popping Boba was particularly amazing!

Probably should’ve known that the place wouldn’t be the best quality from the “okay” that was written on the health check sign. I had a plain Thai milk tea and it tasted okay. It was nothing exceptional. However, the floors were very dirty, and there was a Happy St. Patrick’s Day sign that they hadn’t bothered to take down even though it was Christmastime. The overall interior looked very unkempt.

This was the worst boba I’ve ever had. I took a couple sips and threw it away. They had the audacity to charge $9 for it, and the place was

They were out of almost all flavors. Ordered two drinks and they hardly tasted like anything. So disappointed.
