I came to Racha to get lunch and use my Passport Corporate discount savings. The person at the cash register taking our order (who I’m assuming was the owner) did everything in his power to prevent me from using it. We ordered our food and mentioned right away that we had a discount from passport corporate so that he knew. He immediately said it was for dinner only. I showed him my screen which stated it was for lunch and dinner. He then changed his answer to saying it was for dining in only - which I also was able to show him the part stating dine in or carry out. After that his next move was to tell us flustered that other locations have different rules. At this point I don’t care about my discount it’s just the principle- so I show him his restaurant location on the same line of the text as all the other information. In fact it’s the only location for Racha Thai on the entire platform. Mind you this whole thing happened in a span of 40 seconds I wasn’t trying to make a big deal of it. But If you are going to list your restaurant on a corporate platform to entice people in.. just honor what you state. We didn’t like the game being played.

Excellent service and menu! Their Thai tea alone is worth the visit! Try some crispy garlic chicken!

I have never had a bad experience here. The service is chill and not overbearing. People who are complaining about the staffs attitude have clearly never worked in customer service. I personally appreciate the realness and no fake nice energy. Most people are rude as hell to service workers. They just get their jobs done. I don’t see a problem with it. They always check and see if I’m enjoying my food and they take my order almost immediately every time. Food comes out fast. the Thai red curry is my favorite in Seattle. The lunch special is a lot cheaper if you’re on a budget. I’ve never had an issue with my food here and the staff often recognizes me and knows my order now.

Your standard Thai fare. Great flavors and portions. Although the price you get on the bill is opaque-- for my takeout order I was charged by around $1 more for some hidden fee.

Hole in the wall restaurant but the food is oh so delicious. Had Penang Curry and Singapore Noodles. Yowzers! My partner and I ordered them medium heat but both were hot. Forgot that Thai medium is really hot in other cuisines. Still very delicious. Sweated through it but ate it all. 🤣 Cleaned the plates. Will go back every time we’re in the area. Chef kiss! Service is typical of what you’d expect in a hole in the wall and the staff were very polite, so I gave it 5 stars.

Great food. Nice people. Great prices because the owners are managing the place daily instead of hiring a lot of employees.
The food is also more flavorful. None of that stuff that's overly sweet or overly salty to make up for the lack of flavor. It's likely one of top 5 Thai restaurants in greater Seattle area for the typical Thai restaurant dishes.

I will say 1st. The food I ordered was overall good. I do recommend to eat here.

However, I wish the consistency of the Racha fresh wraps were better. One had noodles, another didn't. For the price and no protein, I think ensuring the greens and noodles are present in the dish. The peanut sauce hit!

The drinking noidle was slightly overcooked. But I will for sure order the chicken in ANY dish! Seasoned to perfection!

I would not know any of the above. This place evidently closes when it feels like it. Just went for some takeaway and it was closed up tight at 8:25 p.m. even though their hours state that they are open until 9 p.m. This is an insult to prospective customers. Do not go to this venue, it will not be open for you. Too bad as I have heard that the food is pretty dern decent.

I could ramble and tell a long story, but I'm tired. So here's the skinny... The food was fine. Typical Thai fare. The service was some of the rudest I have ever experienced. The old woman who waited on us needs a wake-up call. Time to retire grandma. Yelling at your customers for no reason simply because you woke up on the wrong side of the bed is no way to earn good reviews and get repeat customers. Learn how to do your job.

When I went in person, the food was great, specifically the basil fried rice. My second visit I got takeout and got green curry and drunken noodles (pad kee mao). Neither were really that good and the total was $40. The noodles in the noodle dish were stuck together in clumps. There are better Thai places up north. Also the menu online says the curry does not come with any rice so I made my own. But they did add in a good side of white rice actually! Which I really appreciate but now I have way too much white rice. So keep that in mind if ordering. I don't think I would come again, maybe only to get the basil fried rice specifically.

I visited here on recommendation from my brother. He comes here a lot after concerts and shows. Great food and service!! This is a quaint little restaurant with a diner feel to it. The waiter was very attentive. We ordered the red curry and holy basil chicken. The curry was amazing.
