Very good vegan ramen options. Be careful if you are vegan, avoid ordering side dishes like goyza, etc. high chances they mix it up with non veg. Vegan ramen is 5* but removing 2* as they served non veg twice in side orders by not being careful.
The flavour lies in the broth! An authentic ramen place in Seattle. The place is usually crowded, especially on the weekends where you have to stand in queue for upto 1-2 hours...
But the wait seems worth it. We added spicy flavours and thick broth for a richer taste.

Don’t get me wrong, the ramen is good. But you can definitely find better. The place is overhyped, but I do love the fact that you can customize to your liking. Food comes out fast. Mochi ice cream isn’t very good, and taste worse than the ones you can buy frozen.
