An amazing cafe dedicated to providing cyclists with the best possible experience in Seattle!
Love the products and the brand. Been buying from Rapha for years. Lucky to have a club house in Seattle. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
This store is beautiful, the coffee is really good, the staff is super friendly. We love this place!
Excellent customer service. Welcoming attitude and knowledgeable walk through of products. The store is also well kept together- clean and organized.
Awesome coffee and service from Jordan this afternoon ?
Nice to have a Rapha store in Seattle! Nice people here too.
Bought a base layer from Rapha. It developed holes in it a few weeks after. Customer service said it’s not covered by warranty. Ok, I kept riding with holes in my clothing. A year later, it just tore apart. I reached out again. Customer service gave me a coupon that ended up not working on their own web site.Meanwhile, my 5 year old base layer from Uniqlo that cost literally one tenth of Rapha’s one still looks and works like new after heavy use over the years. I thought that you pay a premium for quality and customer service, but in my case I haven’t gotten either.
The coffee shop inside was reasonably priced. $3.86 for a double cappuccino 🥰
Reminded me of Goodweather; had some amazing pictures of bikeable area from their brand. If I go back it will be to look at those. One star off for how expensive the pants were (not going to be able to fork out for them even though I like them as of my current budget) and not having caramel on hand. Otherwise great coffee, very nice service, and interesting (second witnessed) combination of cafe and bike shop. Thought it wasn't something you see everyday but apparently it is more common that I thought.
I like the shop and I love my Rapha bibs- i never wear any others now. But I"m very unahppy that a $210 jacket I purchased here broke (zipper pull) after less than 10 wears. Since they have a "we'll repair it" policy, I fully expected that a zipper pull would be repaired. Instead I received this message: "Unfortunately, due to supply chain demands and lengthy wait times we are unable to offer zipper and zipper pull replacements via our repair service." I expect a lot more from a $210 jacket- and I expect companies to stand by their warranty/repair services descriptions.

My husband and I stopped in for an afternoon coffee before heading out to Port Angeles. The gentleman serving was friendly and knowledgeable. Great vibe in this shop and fabulous rich, smooth roasted coffee!! Yum.
The Rapha Celebrating Women's 100K was great!
Great store and selection of Rapha gear.
Very supporting and friendly people. Thank you for your hint where to fix my bike!
Love it! The people really care about the products, and Rapha fit great. From their cycling tights to their cycling gear. It’s just plain perfect!
