Boneless fish, cut into small sizes and cooed Ethiopian style with herbs and garlic. Spicy.

Whole trout or Tilapia fish cooked Ethiopian style with herbs and served with salad on the side and bread. Spicy.

Great place for a delicious dinner! Ras Dashen Ethiopian Restaurant is a great place for a group discussion while eating dinner! I usually go there with my friends after an event and the food is always great! The hospitality and the space is A+. Sometimes, I also go there just eat great food in a quiet space.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Ras Dashen Ethiopian Restaurant. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Ethiopian taste. Each dish was clearly prepared with care and attention to detail.

I ate there last night with a wonderful friend - and this place is a treat! I got the Vegetarian Mixed Platter, and there was a wide variety of great dishes for me to nosh on.

They also honored my reqest to substitute the cheese for more vegetables - I got an extra large salad, and loads of okra as a replacement. It was delicious - and I have plenty of leftovers for home!
