It's okay. Not bad, not amazing either. Onion rings aren't great. Too salty. Fries are medium good.
Something I realized while eating, that may contribute to why my review is so so, is that I tend to prefer thicker, juicer burgers. These patties seem to be about as thin as a fast food patty. However, I will say the circumference is definitely wider. So I think it's just not my preference and that's ok. Some people like thinner patties and for them this place is top notch. For me though, it was similar to in-and-out (which is also good and cheaper). Just set your expectations appropriately.
Sometimes crowded, but GREAT burgers for good price and the fries are the BEST.
I love red mill so much! Best burgers in town. Old skool vibe. Cool and funky. Famous stack of bacon on their grill! Their short order cooks are pros. Fries delicious, definitely try a huckleberry shake, and their mill sauce is so good. I had the special with fried jalepeno, so good. Their veg. burgers are good too, so is the chicken, very juicy! My fave is the bacon and bleu burger ♡ You have to try Red Mill when you are in Seattle!
Is there anything better than ordering a burger knowing that the bacon tower will be slightly lower when you get your order. Tower of power!
I continue to love the high quality burgers, onion rings and shakes at every Red Mill location. I consider this one, on Inner Bay, the easiest one to access in terms of parking.
The consistency of the food for the last 30 years is impressive.
There isn't a bad thing on the menu... The signature Verde Burger, however, continues to be my favorite.
Great burger place - I originally was a regular at the Phinney Ridge location when in college and just recently went by the Dravus location. The cheeseburgers were excellent as rated by myself and son. Onion rings are delicious and the peanut butter milkshake was delectable. The line seemed a little long but it went by pretty quickly.

Decent burgers but they charge an extra $4 to substitute an Impossible patty on top of the normal burger prices.
Best burger in town - no longer cash only.
Their website for online order works well.
Vegetarians like their burger too.
The onion rings are great!
The also have outside picnic tables but not great atmosphere with the large arterial street.

We had tried Red Mill at various locations over the years and not liked the burgers. We were in the area of this location and although I wasn't very hungry we decided to try again. The burgers, fries and shake were all excellent. Service was friendly too.
I guess the fifth time was the charm. Will definitely return.
