Honestly kinda disappointed, the burgers are usually good but I went to red mill today and it just wasn’t good. The burger tasted like Safeway ground beef smashed together with no seasoning. The bun was very inconsistent and didn’t taste as fresh.

If you go at a busy time, you'll be circling the block trying to find parking.

My favorite burger in Seattle. The meat is so seasoned and good, the whole alchemy of it is not to be missed! The fishwich is also really good as a burger alternative. The fries, onion rings & breaded mushrooms are also amazing! If you have saved room there are also old fashioned malts & shakes.The service is fast, courteous, and efficient .The atmosphere is old school burger joint at its best.This local chain is a Seattle treasure! Please don't change, burger & fries perfection is hard to come by! Thank you Red Mill for being amazing!!!

Place is just a burger joint. Nothing special atmosphere wise, but the food is amazing. Get a shake too. Kids that work there actually look you in the eye when they speak, smile and can form complete sentances.which is more than I can say for most places and really makes a difference too. Hope they pay them better than most also.Vegetarian options: Looks like they do impossible burgers as processed with unhealthy as it is
