Little kids love this place. The serving is always on top of things.
Unfortunately, they often seem shorthanded, and it's quite a wait to get in (although a while other room seems to go empty/unused). We jumped in and bussed a table so they could make room for our larger party of 7. Food always tastes good, love the broccoli 🥦 plain or with cheese. Fried chicken salad was unexceptional. Milk shakes are great - we have to ask for no extras as they tend to load unnecessary carbs like chocolate sauce or sprinkles. Also love the no-bun option and "bottomless" fries and drinks. It's usually loud here but it's challenging to find a place that suits everyone, age 5 to 70, and this fit the bill. They have 2 handicap parking spaces, which are usually full. And this place is on a hill, which has its own challenges for wheelchair users.

Great food, beverages and atmosphere. We were seated quickly, our order was taken timely and food arrived hot and tasty but we had to flag down our server for napkins and later for refills. Overall good restaurant!

service was great and food dec. our huge problem is the fact that this restaurant mops and cleans and PUTS the CHAIRS up at tables next to where people literally just sat down. and tonight we had a 30 min wait ! it’s so crazy to me. we’ve asked about it and they said that’s what management says to do. this is every time we’ve been there. why are you closing the restaurant down at 8pm when it closes at 11. just clean and put the chairs up at the end of the night after closing like every other restaurant. shout out lilly you were a great service. until you figure this out we will continue to send our service down the street to watershed

I got a scorpion burger with a chicken patty, but it was a total mess! So soggy, I just ate the chicken without the buns. The onion rings and pizza were good though.

Food took over half an hour in an empty restaurant at lunch time on a weekday. Luke warm fies mid grade apps. Super expensive for the low quality of food.

I have been coming here often, but I am not thrilled with my experience last night. What’s the point of getting a burger with a bottomless side if you have to wait 20 minutes for your server to check on you and then even after complaining have to wait another 20 minutes. Finally after 40 minutes, they brought me the wrong bottomless side. The manager checking on your table and making sure everything is okay is all for show. This is the first time I had a complaint and the manager who was supposed to resolve the issue - I never saw again. No apology. I don’t think I will be back.

Double check your credit charge!! I was charged almost double the amount of my receipt that was emailed to me after dining at Red Robin. I paid with the kiosk at the table, it isn't a manual error with a server inputting the final bill.

Too many changes, no longer worth it.
Plastic Cups instead of glass, tiny menus.
The music was already bad but now it feels like im going to chuckee cheese.
Didnt get what we asked for.
If you liked red robin for a while like i did, then youll feel the same way.

They really should have better signage for online order pickup because I stood at the counter for like 30min while they sat every party whose table was ready before even acknowledging me, just to finally say "oh online orders are over there" (no signage), and then I had to wait in another pickup line
All the while my food was getting cold sitting in a flimsy warmer bag with the top open, and I didn't get my food for an hour after the pickup time

I rated this location a 2 star mostly because of the service and the atmosphere. Me and my family are were constantly ignored and pushed aside by the workers. Although the food was great it took an excruciating amount of time to arrive at our table, it does not take 30 minutes to fill up a fountain drink! I haven’t been at this Red Robin location in 5 years and the only time I come back the service was absolutely horrid. Red Robin fix yourself! Cause I will not be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Scheduled a 3:00 pick-up. Got here at 3:01 waiting waited at the front door for 5 mins with another man who said he'd been waiting, went to the bathroom, and come back without being acknowledged. I went to the bartender - who was very nice - and was directed to an unmarked pick-up location. It's 3:15 right now and I'm still waiting here, alone, waiting to be helped. Seems like a staffing issue, but I'm assuming my food is somewhere getting cold.
