Cheeseburger was very good. Atmosphere is nice. Service was marginal at best. I never got a drink refill even after asking and server taking my glass.

I'm from Tokyo. It was used for breakfast. The speed here was more than three times that of Tokyo. People who are in a hurry are better not to eat here. My time performance was the worst.

If you don't have time to relax, you'll probably get irritated. It ruined my morning. The quality and price of the food was OK.

Over priced an can't believe they cleaned our room out a couple hours early while we were at breakfast ?. When never recommended this place.

It was okay better food and better service would have been nice. I felt like I was eating in a mall food court.

We're staying at Coast Seattle hotel; decided to order here since it was getting late. I had the tenders and fries; they were just okay. Sooo much breading, and they weren't fresh. My boyfriend had the Market Salad with chicken added; he loved it---said it was solid and really loved the dressing that came with it. We got it to go, so I can't really comment on atmosphere.

I've been to this restaurant dozens of times for both breakfast and dinner. Prices are pretty high, but the cheaper things on the menu are good too. I recommend the chicken strips and fries with ranch.
Staff are nice, but when there's a couple people here they take a while to get to you. Namely with the dinner crew, sometimes I'm waiting up to 10 minutes for them to give me a menu or if I've finished eating and am waiting for my check.
But the breakfast crew started recognizing me and welcoming me back after my first couple visits :)
I like having dinner here but I prefer my breakfast in the hotels executive lounge.

We went for breakfast. The restaurant is in the old Hilton hotel, and they've had a change of management. One hour into service, and we only got coffee served. Part of our order was forgotten.

Good food and a nice environment. If you are in the area and want a good steak, this is the place.
I don’t know what clown left this place a four star review, but if you want to pay 16 dollars for a cocktail and wait a half hour for the incompetent wait staff to acknowledge your presence then this is the place for you.

We came in about 20mins before closing for food. Tired and weary from the days travel. The bar tender took very good care of me and my wife. He served us and gave a pleasant conversation about the city and places to see. He was attentive and polite even before closing. This guy was an angel. Thank you. Food was good but the most impressive part of this restaurant bar...was the bar tender.
