When we arrived at the restaurant, unfortunately the restaurant was closed. I called the restaurant's number posted in OpenTable. Scott answered my phone call. I explained to him that I made a reservation through the app. He apologized for the misunderstanding that the app should not have been allowed to make the reservation do the time block I requested. Nevertheless he checked with available servers and kitchen staff to see if they could accommodate my party of 3 for brunch. They cheerfully let us stay and order brunch. Hopefully our out of town guest paid a large tip!

It wasn't at all what it showed on the app. Menu was less and servuce was not what I expected for a place like this.

I was excited they changed channel so I could watch wnba finals. Lots of places won't put on women's sports.
The cheeseburger was delicious and both my drinks were great.

The water cups were noticeably dirty, which set the tone right away. The food itself was fine, edible, and reasonably portioned, but nothing stood out in terms of flavor or presentation. What really missed the mark was the atmosphere and service. The staff seemed disengaged, and the overall vibe didn’t create a welcoming or enjoyable dining experience. For the price point, I expected more attention to detail in both cleanliness and hospitality.

Service was outrageously slow. We waited 40 minutes for food when we’re was 3 tables in the restaurant. Neither staff person had ANY hustle or seemed to care about patrons. Food was okay, mine was made wrong and had to be remade. There were no service checks and our bills were brought to our table as 2 of us were still actively eating. Overall very disappointing and lacklustre
There was debate as to which of the two were taking our table as neither of them wanted to take it. The one of 3 other tables was left messy for probably 15 minutes and it took another 20-25 minutes to settle bills which was ironic considering again bills were dropped while we were eating

A search for breakfast in Seattle led us to an unexpectedly wonderful experience at Redtrees. After being rudely dismissed from a nearby cafe, the warm welcome we received here was a breath of fresh air. We didn't realize it was in a hotel until we arrived, and though we were dressed for moving, the staff didn't bat an eye.
Our server, Titi, was the highlight of our visit. She greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and happily seated us at a comfortable couch table. Throughout our meal, her service was attentive, joyful, and simply above and beyond anything I've experienced, even in high-end restaurants. The food was also fantastic and served with surprising speed. Redtrees, and especially Titi, turned a simple meal into a memorable highlight of our trip.

A tiny slow and slightly overpriced, they are still a good experience and not as expensive as some of the local places.

We are staying at the hotel above this restaurant and decided to try it out for dinner. It was seat yourself. It took some time before we had someone come and greet us. The staff member offered us water and menus. There were not many other patrons. He gave us some time to review the menu. I watched as he went to conversate with people at the bar. Then he went to tend a table at the opposite side of the room as me and my mom. He glanced in our direction, but returned to his conversation at the bar. At this point it had been several minutes more. We weren't asked for a drink order, or if we had any questions or if we were ready. We waited a couple more moments before we decided that it seemed we were being neglected, got up and left. It came off as very rude with the amount of time we waited and hardly any interaction at all, all while the staff member was deep in conversation with other patrons.

Honestly very generic. Not bad, just felt like a meal i couldve made in 10-15 minutes at home with no effort. That would be fine if they weren't asking the same prices as much much better restaurants that are right outside the hotel. Seattle food is expensive enough that generic doesn't cut it and it's couldn't recommend. You go to Pike Place market and get some of the most delicious food you've ever had for the same price or cheaper!

Never been so annoyed in my life. Worst experience. Waited exactly 40 minutes JUST TO PLACE AN ORDER…. and another 45 minutes for FOOD TO ARRIVE.
Worst customer service.
Breakfast is first meal of the day and they annoyed me to my core waiting for food and ruined my day.
Never book coast downtown hotel if you want a room with breakfast.

When we arrives they did not have a table for our party. They moved another party and gave us 2 tables adjacent but not the same height. Our party felt very disjointed. Those at one table had difficulty interacting with the other. This was a reunion of friends and a conference so was quite disappointing. We made reservations to avoid something like this.

Cheeseburger was very good. Atmosphere is nice. Service was marginal at best. I never got a drink refill even after asking and server taking my glass.

I'm from Tokyo. It was used for breakfast. The speed here was more than three times that of Tokyo. People who are in a hurry are better not to eat here. My time performance was the worst.
8:50 Start lining up ~ No staff member speaks to me
9:30 finally seated
9:54 Finally comes to take the order.
10:30 Meals will be served
If you don't have time to relax, you'll probably get irritated. It ruined my morning. The quality and price of the food was OK.
