Between Bryan & Noe, service could not have been better! Well paced, informative & very personable. Our dinners were very good. From the Lamb Burger to the Dry Wings with some dips on the side, our early dinner was better than expected. Those curly fries were light and a great surprise!Parking: An excellent choice for long term parking when travelling! You have a shuttle bus the whole nine yards, exceptional!

I was traveling back to MD from work and stayed at the CR for my last night. So glad I decided to eat at the restaurant instead of venturing out. Normally I read the yelp reviews before I order and I instantly knew who Kasey was! She definitely sets the tone/ambiance for an enjoyable meal! Her attention to detail was on point and her service was exceptional. The clam chowder is a must try! Will definitely stay here again!

A really good experience considering it's a hotel restaurant. I lived in a nearby hotel, but I tried this restaurant, anyway. I had a really nice waitress. It's a bit pricey, but that's too be expected.

That food is outta line good for a hotel restaurant! The chowder actually does have salmon and clams in it and the consistency is thick like it should be. Not to mention they actually give you a decent size cup or bowl. The side salad is fresh and delicious. That steak was fantastic! The bartender somehow manages to give good service despite being very busy.

Food was a little bland. Our server was very nice and attentive. Cocktails were on point! Nice and close to Seatac airport.
Great hotel bar. Not too noisy, not over-anything. Super personable bartender (Crystal, I believe). Decent beer selection, very reasonable prices, especially considering the "captive" nature of the patrons and proximity to the airport. I always plan this as my last stop before heading home from Seattle. I will say the crab cakes weren't as good as last time. No real lump meat in them. Tasty enough, and I know lump crab is astronomically priced, but go big or go home. Everything else was very tasty (as were these) and reasonable. I will keep coming back.

The individual who took my pick-up order over the phone was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The hostess I encountered when I went to pick up my order was friendly and engaging. My food order was fresh and hot, and the only recommendation I would suggest is a touch more of seasoning on the fish...overall would eat here again on a future visit.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food selection is limited and pricy. The coconut cornflakes French toast is to die for.

Located inside of the hotel, a bit hard to find if you don't know where you're going. We ended up entering thru the back because we couldn't figure out how to get in.Service was amazing. The food was really good, the steak sandwich is one of the best I've ever had. However, the pickles tasted as if they may have been brined in vinegar and dish water.
