Ate here twice last time I was in Seattle. Food is fine, drinks are fine, and the space is fine. My issue is that there is an automatic 18 or 20% gratuity added to the bill, which by itself i am ok with. The servers generally were good and i am happy to tip at least that much. However, both times they pushed me for additional gratuity. Putting the electronic payment device on the tip screen. The first day i fell for it, and ended up tippng $30 on a $60 meal. The second day I asked the server, who immediately got flustered and tried to make up a story about why the gratuity was not enough and I should still tip more. The hotel was mobbed with tourists; I can't imagine how many people they scam. It's extremely dishonest and not the way a restaurant should be run. Walk down the street for better food and not to be taken advantage of.
Great food, friendly service. Will definitely be back
Breakfast was subpar for a “4 Star” hotel. Scrambled eggs were bland and tasted fake. Breads tasted old. Unfortunate for a $100+ charge for 3 kids and 2 adults. Woo ooo old recommend going elsewhere for your morning meal.

Atmosphere pleasant aside from the rude customer who thinks everyone around him needs to hear his phone conversation.Service is SLOW...they look at you but never come to the table. No one has a smile. Later they blame it on a new computer system. No an excuse for poor attitude.Update..finally got food. Everything good and fresh. Ordered from menue. Didn't try the buffet.

The service is good, and my food was out in a timely manner. I've stayed here for conferences a few times now and eaten breakfast and dinner here.Food is good, could be better, but in my opinion is over priced. $22 for the breakfast buffet or similar pricing for ordering off the menu is a little jarring. Some of the off menu breakfast items just feel like re-packaged ingredients you'd get from the buffet anyway. All in all not bad, but prices should either be reduced or food quality should be improved.

The bartender Milton was extremely rude and hostile towards myself and several other guests
Server was great, food was okay.
I sat for over 15 mins. A small group got bigger and served and People arrived at the bar and all got served. We were never even looked at. So we left.Terrible service.

I went on a Monday morning, a public holiday. It took about 30 minutes for the food to be served. If it was a buffet, there might not have been a long wait.
The meal itself was delicious, but unfortunately there was a mandatory 18% tip. (There are many restaurants like this in Seattle)

The jack bacon burger I got was AMAZING! The fries were also very crispy and tasted great. Service was good and it had a nice atmosphere.

Wonderful service from Allen, Nirvana, Milton, Deron, and Brandon all showed me and my college extreme hospitality & service and in fact was instrumental in our return to the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Seattle Downtown upon our return from Asia as we had a night to layover before returning home. The food was great for dinner and breakfast. I would recommend the salmon and mixed vegetables for dinner. Breakfast was either buffet or menu and I found both options satisfying.Again food was good, service was great will always recommend staying eating here whenever in Seattle Downtown.Oh and the whisky mule ?
