Sublime flavors, both in the dishes and the cocktails. Wonderful, kind, gracious and attentive staff. Cool interior with their famous open kitchen. It doesn't get better than this.
First time to Revel. Everything was wonderful...loved the Korean fried chicken and egg soufflé. Ribs were excellent and the panna cotta was wonderful. Ambiance was great (love the large photos on the walls) although the table next to us seemed kind of close.
Revel was very, very good, but not amazing as we were expecting. The cocktail I ordered (lemongrass vesper) was excellent: ultra chilled and strong! The best dishes, we all agreed, were the Korean fried chicken and the short rib wontons. Absolutely delicious! The pickled daikon and the spice on the former were top notch. But, a couple of the larger plates were a bit disappointing, particularly the steak (coulotte). It was very flavorful and presented nicely, but the meat was surprisingly...
