This is a good fast-casual spot in Capital Hill. The burrito was great. The tacos are a solid 4/5 stars. The decor is modern and the patio is excellent on a nice night.

PROS:
- Good food
- Variety of options
- Beer/wine/cocktails + no alcohol options
- Nice patio
- Good atmosphere
- Parking in back

CONS:
- Not a lot but you’ll need to order at the counter and grab your own cutlery, etc
- a little pricy, but everything in the area is

If you’re expecting a nice sit down dinner this isn’t it. You order at the counter and they bring you the food—if you want another drink you go back to the counter. Other reviews mentioned this as a con but if you have the right expectation going in (we did) of a fast-casual spot then it’s a great place to sit with family & friends and enjoy good food. We’ll go back!

Great place to have afternoon margaritas with the neighborhood moms on the patio, plus they're not that expensive!

This place was on my radar for a looooong time before I hit it bc they don’t let you order tacos a la carte or mix flavors in the 3-packs + I hate having to omit dairy to make something vegan. One day I was like oh well, what the hell + it was so good, I felt like a fool for holding out + I immediately had to hit it again. I liked the sweet potato black bean more than the quinoa lentil, but that was really good too. The spicy hot sauce has a nice kick! They forgot to add guac to my burrito, which was a bummer but not the end of the world.

We live in the neighborhood, so have eaten here many times in the old location. Today was a nice day so we decided to have lunch on the beautiful new patio. The food was very disappoiniting, not sure what happened.
Salad with carne asada and chipolte shrimp tacos, both probably the worst I ever had. Salad had fresh greens, but was overloaded with beans, way, way too many and had heavy dressing with no flavor. But the worst thing about it was the so called carne asada - in fact there were few tiny specks of dry and bland meat that was clearly cooked (and overcooked!) a long time ago, nothing remotely resembling carne asada. Chipolte shrimp had too much sauce that was way to sweet (in addition to sweet pinapple) and not enough flavor. All in all - a huge disappoinment of a meal. We ate here so many times before in the old location and it was always solid and consistent, not gourmet but just fine. Please fix the food now that you have this beautiful new patio!

Sweet potato and chicken tacos were kickin

The meat tacos were great, those get a 4 or 5 stars, and so is the hot sauce.

A couple of things I didn't like:

- You can't mix and match tacos, they're weirdly strict about that
- The communication between ordering and the bar is not great, I had to go up and ask for my drink twice
- The desserts were not good. The churros were so dense. The chocolate pots de crema was sour and tasted just..odd

The service was friendly so that bumped it up a star.

I think the employees make this place. The food only needs to be ok for this location. But the concept is suspect. Another but - I would do the same since the pandemic taught us so much.

Ok here’s the drill - you show up, grab a table, get up and walk to the bar to order, food runners bring your grub. Want another drink? Get up and back to the bar and order again. When you’re done bus your table and off with you.

The food is fine, the drinks ok, and you take care of yourself. Why is this so bothersome? Because there’s no relationship with anyone here.-

This place is doing well cuz low labor costs and it’s a place to eat on 19th. Which is apparently ideal as the place is consistently busy.

The food was "chef's kiss" delicious and the spicy pear cocktail put it over the top. I'll be back often

Ate the carne asada tacos. The meet needed more of a char and the tortilla was undercooked. However, it didn’t fall apart and the toppings were delicious. I didn’t care for any of the sauces since I found them too vinegary.

This is my favorite to go place. I love the fish amd sweet potato tacos. Infact all of their tacos are amazing. Also their service is amazing. I never had to wait for more than 5 min for my order. Also it’s dog friendly, so I can always dine in with my dog.
