I had the pork ribs. There's a reason it's the most popular item. You won't regret it. Service was good. The neighborhood is bad. Space is tight inside. I would definitely go back.
Rondo continues to be one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle. Consistently good service and cooking. My favorite item is the Ton-Katsu Teishoku, which is a complete meal on its own with pork katsu, rice, cabbage, pickles, soup, sauces, and seasonings. Very yummy.

I was looking for a restaurant that I could go to early in the evening, and it was my first time visiting this restaurant as it was open all day, which is rare for Japanese restaurants.
The happy hour menu (until 5:30 pm) was extensive.
The atka mackerel was thick and had the best fat!
Parking is free only in the basement of the building and in the parking...
