I went to Rookies to watch a Mariners game during happy hour. The Pilsner on tap was excellent. I ordered a fish taco and a pork taco. Both were tasty and fresh. There were plenty of tables and TV’s to choose from. Staff were friendly and attentive. And I loved the atmosphere. It had a neighborhood feel. I’ll be back with friends and look forward to trying other items on the menu and another beer on tap.

Great little sports bar in Columbia City. Always amazing vibes, great service and decent food. Note that they do slip in a 3% credit card fee that they neglect to tell you about until it comes time to pay.
Tricky tricky
*correction after Rookies Response - when you ask for the bill you rarely get a printed check but the staff will come over with the mobile handheld screen that shows the total amount. Maybe there’s a way to scroll or scan to see the 3% charge but I’d imagine folks typically just pay then afterwards see the charge on the itemized receipt.

One of the few late night dining options in Columbia City. Service was a bit slow due to only one person working but they were friendly and the drinks and food were all great. I would definitely return! Plenty of TV’s and seating for sports events.

Went to Rookies Sports Bar and Grill for the first time. It was a nice day to get brunch with my hubby and our friends. Ordered their Hall of Famer with grilled steak. Their potatoes were like on point cuz I love potatoes to the extreme!! Overall, super delicious and very fresh tasting. The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it 😍!!!

Great photo reviews but terribly disappointment beyond the TVs.
Very cold temperature with limited expensive food. I came to watch the Mariners but I cannot eat dinners in frigid temperatures. And .... they charge 13% surcharge !

Stopped in for lunch as recommended by a friend. Was not disappointed! The Rookie burger was delicious as well as the queso. Will be going to again.
The place has this welcoming atmosphere and the service is excellent. I had the wings and bloody mary and I really enjoyed it, I would highly recommend!

Great bar - Colin was very friendly and attentive despite being very busy! We will have to be back to try their food, but their drinks were very well made and reasonably priced. Nice vibes - chill place to sip on a few drinks.
