I came here a few months back in the summertime & am finally getting around to writing a review, BUT-- i had *THE* BEST white chocolate lavender iced americano from here, it was SO yummy it made my entire day so much better. I still dream about the drink, honestly.... & it was less than $4!!!!! Which you will NEVER find anywhere anymore...

Rooster's is a stand that you can rely on for consistently delicious coffee. It's a bit fiddly to access from the main road, but not impossible. The menu pricing is fairer than most, as well. :)

Everytime we come through our coffees are made perfect. I love the convenience of supporting a local business and not having to leave the vechile. Very friendly staff and competitively priced.

Edit: the owner described the pricing discrepancy, we’re all on the same page now. Apparently they will charge you for an extra cup with ice. It makes sense with material costs so high these days.

I want to start out by saying that we have been very regular customers of this shop for well over a year.

But we noticed something strange in the way we get charged.

It was always inconsistent. Difference in 50 cents here. 25 cents there. Sometimes as much as a dollar different.

I know that 50 cents doesn’t seem like much but it’s 10% price difference on a 5 dollar coffee. (Always the same coffee order)

Anyway, I decided to ask what the deal was one day and honestly the answer I got was pretty surprising.

Sometimes I order the same coffee just in a larger cup to accommodate for extra ice (no extra shots, milk, sauces, or anything)

Apparently they will charge you according to the cup size NOT the amount of drink you get. Again not consistently - some of the baristas don’t up charge us but the owner(?) does.

But get this - if you order a drink and an extra cup of ice, that extra cup of ice is free.

So… what are they charging us extra for? Saving them material?

I suppose in the future I will order a drink with no ice and then a cup with all ice. But then that’s just going to slow down the line even more.

I truly don’t understand why a local coffee shop would try to nickel and dime their customers in this way. Very disappointing.

Honestly - the most surprising thing is that the owner(?) would treat a customer this way who frequents their shop 3-4 times a week and always tipping.

It’s not so much about the 50 cents difference. It’s about the principle of it.

Been a regular at both of their stands for almost a year now, and not only are they consistent, and VERY well priced (imo), but the staff are super friendly, efficient and well-stocked with dog treats (my very anxious little dog LOVES the staff there).

They also still wear masks, which is really lovely for those of us who may be immuno-compromised.

I genuinely cannot recommend them enough.

Dietary restrictions: They have oatmilk, soy, almond and hemp milk as alternatives. They also have a couple gluten free snack options

Wheelchair accessibility: Drive up and walk up windows allow for full wheelchair accessibility
