Absolutely delicious and top knotch Thai - ask for recommendations and allow yourself to revel in and explore the range of delicacies they offer. Same owners as Pestle Rock and Sen Noodles - also both delicious - have had Hokkien Mee Noodles and Seasonal Kabocha Beef Curry most recently. Also loved whole herb fish curry and khan yum other times! Chef’s kiss!

It was a Sunday evening, 8:30. Later than most places that close at 9 would have accepted new diners. But the host was very gracious and seated us. There were little tealights at the tables, which provided great ambiance. There was music in the background, but nothing too loud or distracting.
They informed us that they had specials, one of which was a beef curry, which I ordered. I asked about the spice level, which was accurate. It was delicious and had red and green peppers and, perhaps acorn(?) squash. I wish I'd taken a picture because it was plated very beautifully.
We stayed a bit past 9 (closing), but they weren't chasing us out the door. I flagged someone down to grab a box and asked them to bring the check. I'm excited to go back when I have a bit more time to linger. Everyone we interacted with was so kind.

I've been eating here at least once a week since their opening. I can't recommend the experience enough. Southern Thai food is my favorite of the region and the team at Roy does it with grace and a smile. Go before the word gets out!

DELISCIOUS!
This is an amazing new Thai flavor that I am adding to my restaurant rotation.
My wife and I had the Goat curry and Kai Kahmin. OMG they were amazing! Can't say enough about how flavorful they were.
Highly recommend this new restaurant on the Ridge.

First time trying Southern Thai cuisine and we were blown away! The food here is so good! We went during lunch so we could take advantage of their lunch specials...and there were so many items to choose from.
I highly recommend the Hat Yai Plate, Lamb Curry Bowl, and Khua Kling. Everything was delicious.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming! They even took the time to explain the dishes in detail.
Definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood!

I had such a wonderful experience here! The food tasted just like the original Thai dishes from my parent's hometown south of Thailand — full of authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented :) The staff and Ama were very welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt taken care of throughout the meal❤️ A perfect spot if you’re craving delicious Thai food paired with genuinely warm service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Got lunch here and everything was excellent!! The hat yai chicken was probably my favorite thing we got, but the khua kling and rock fish were also great. Make sure you also get some roti with your meal :)

Really really good, this is a new place that could easily become a destination restaurant in the future with more publicity. A lot of dishes that you won’t find elsewhere in Seattle, or the US for that matter. I cook a lot of thai food and have been to the south, center, and north in Thailand and the food here stands up.

Had a great time here, nice vibes, quiet but with gentle Thai music in the background. Service was amazing, very attentive and supportive of us bringing young kids.
The food was delicious, the mango mojito was great, the Karee puffs were perfect and the sauce was good (thought portion was small though), the pad Thai was great with both Tofu and chicken we added (portion was generous), and the Muu-Hong was very good but rich - we couldn't finish it.

Friendly staff and great service. The Hat Yai chicken was delicious and the khao yum is a rare find in the US.
