Roy Street Coffee & Tea

I love this place. Even though it's owned and operated by Starbucks it doesn't feel like a Starbucks. It feels like an awesome neighborhood coffee shop. The place is huge and always has plenty of seating. Spacious and homey feeling. High end drinks. The food could be better, but oh well. Great place to work, meet friends, or just enjoy a beverage.

I popped in here with a friend for a study session. The vibe is cozy and cool. The lighting is pretty dim and the music is quite loud, so keep that in mind if you're going to read or study. My hot chocolate was good and it was a fun place to kill a few hours. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality coffee shop and will likely return soon

Loves the space here! There are two rooms you can reserve for a small price or two large dining room tables in the main room for parties of ~12. There's various seating with different chair styles sprinkled across the room and into every nook. It all felt very homey but not squished.
