I ordered shrimp pad Thai. It was horrible. The peanuts tasted like chunky peanut butter poured over my food. The shrimp were mediocre. Just very dissatisfied and disappointed. I will not be ordering again.

Always friendly service and I love the food. I always get the #2 combo with pineapple chicken, garlic chicken and noodles. Good portions and that pineapple chicken is amazing.

Warm trash to-go. Shoots up to the top of the worst Asian fast food I've tried. Even the employees here are ashamed of the product.

They lie. It's not Thai. It's bland Chinese food. They offer a good deal on the combos, but overcharge for the drinks. You're better off going to Sarku Japan or a real Thai place like Thom Thai in the U District.

Their food is wack! It is a good place for thai tea!

The food was good and the service was polite but the water tasted very bad and the pod thai had no flavor but they have incredible customer service and i love the pineapple chicken and how they hand out sampals so you can try it first before you eat it i wish there was a way to put 3 and a half because thats the rating that i would of put but in the grand scheme of things very polite customer service and good food i love the Lo mien alot but its kind of Chinese food and Thai food combined that they have so it is very convenient.

The worst restaurant I had ever tried. I ordered a beef soup noodle. The meat was stale; and they used pork to pretend beef! Do not recommend to anyone.

I LOVE the food, been back for the third time in the past two weeks in fact. However, today I ordered my usual, the pineapple chicken and chow mein noodles and my husband got the exact same thing. Only thing is that in his meal, he almost swallowed a small piece of metal. If my toddler son (who I often share my meal with) would have been eating this, that could have badly injured him, or even my husband for that matter! I'm VERY disappointed in this restaurant and they didn't offer anything when I called to report this, I had to ask them to replace the meal....really? I think people need to be careful when eating there. Just thought you should know.

This was just okay, didn't have the Thai flavors I was hoping for. I'm not sure I'd eat here again. The portion was massive and everyone was friendly.

Purchased food for 3, snapped just two plates! When the staff gave me samples for pepper chicken, and spicy mango chicken it tasted good so went on to get them and The fried rice was terrible, tasteless and bland. The spicy mango chicken was not spicy but sweet, spicy thai chicken was good but not spicy at all , black pepper chicken tasted good but sweet !!! The ramen was fine no complaints. But on the whole the food was just not tasty at all!!! After eating them myself, mom and dad felt heavy and dizzy 😵!!! Don't know what's up with the food?!! But the staffs were courteous and friendly 👏 so 2 stars for the staffs and 0 for the food 👎

Service was polite, but the food isn't good and I don't recommend eating here. I got the pad thai, spicy chicken and steamed veggies. Thai food is one of my favorite cuisines so I eat it often, but this was my first time here and it's some of the worst Thai food I've ever had. There was way too much sauce on everything, it didn't taste great, and it was kind of soupy. Plus, to put this politely as I can, I've been on the toilet three times since coming home...and with how bubbly my stomach still is, there will be more times too...

Skip this place and go over to Panda Express instead. I wasn't expecting a world class, spectacular dining experience from a place in the mall food court, but I wasn't expecting it to be as bad either. Service was quick and standard for food court fare, but why they are calling this Thai food is beyond me. Thai/Chinese fusion would be a better description. I had the chow mein, panang curry chicken, and pineapple chicken. Everything lacked significant flavor which is characteristic to Thai food. I had to pour about 6 packets of fake soy sauce over the noodles just to taste something other than oil. The panang curry was a joke. Fatty processed chicken, swimming in a too watery, pinkish imitation curry sauce. The pineapple chicken was the worst. They need to stop trying to be unique and call it what it is, orange chicken, but soggy orange chicken at that. While I was eating my "pineapple" chicken, I bet into a huge piece of orange rind. It was strong and I was puzzled as to what it was doing in my pineapple chicken. The pad thai looked questionable so I didn't go for it, especially since they wanna charge an extra dollar for it when there were minuscule pieces of meat. I felt really grossed out that I had eaten as much as I had so I tossed it. If you like nasty food, then go on over there, but if not keep moving.
