Drinks were spectacular! It's a tiki bar so I expected lots of over sweet (and priced) drinks, but I have never been happier to be wrong. Every drink was well-balanced. Of the nine different drinks we had at the table, every one was a winner!
Our server was amazing; friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive enough to be helpful but not feel like we were being rushed out the door.

If you’re in Seattle chasing world-class cocktails, Rumba is the spot. Their Old Fashioned was beautifully balanced, their rum flight had one memorable standout, and the vibe is a moody, eclectic dream (hello, content-worthy backdrops). Service? Warm and attentive—5 stars.
But when it comes to the food, it’s a different story. The empanadas were all crust, no flavor—thick, doughy, and missing the soulful punch Abuela would bring. The guacamole with plantain chips looked impressive but quickly disappointed: brownish, bland guac and plantain chips that swung between oversalted and under-seasoned. Zero consistency, zero freshness.

Service was solid and very helpful for our larger group on a Saturday. My tacos were quite tasty and the drinks great as well. Would come back again.
Cool atmosphere, enjoyed a mojito. Jerk chicken wings were great but the entrees took an hour to receive after ordering. Then only half the entrees arrived, mine was about 10 minutes later. Our server didn’t even acknowledge it. Asada was good but heavily salted. We didn’t expect the kitchen to take so long, we almost missed our show at paramount. Overall good but wouldn’t go if I had show plans after. Def cool vibes just for a cocktail though!

I didn't particularly enjoy the food. The flavors weren't what I'm used to, having grown up with a great deal of Caribbean influences. I'm not much of a drinker, however, the bar is definitely the highlight. Too many rums to count. Signature drink menu and lots of other options. I asked for a lemonade and the waitress said they didn't have any but could make me some. It was very tart and tasty.

Easily over an hour between figuring out what we wanted and then putting in an order and recieving our drinks. We got passed back and forth between two servers who had no communication between themselves, and when we finally paid and left the other server who didnt lay the check down ran outside after us and accused us of not paying our tab, we had to stand there for to wait for their PoS app to update reflecting the paid bill, she sheepishly apologized and let us keep walking.
The drinks were good but not good enough to deal with all that again.
