Great ambiance. Beautiful place. Super convenient if you're seeing a show at the paramount. Food was excellent. We were behind a large party. So I honestly don't know how loud the restaurant is cuz they were super loud.
Prices were very affordable compared to the portion sizes and food quality. The cocktails were some of the best I've ever had. A huge beef empanada for 6.5, that's a steal!
I have been meaning to get to Rumba for a while, and I am so glad I finally went! The rum flight I got was good, but I wish there had been a little more information about the rums I was tasting. My bartender was friendly, and I really enjoyed my conversation with the bartender (server?) Driftwood as well.
