Incredible food!! Haven’t had jerk chicken that was this good since I last visited Jamaica! Gumbo feels like the souls of the south giving your insides a huge hug. Tried the Chicken Kelaguen tacos - did not disappoint. Brisket sandwich was a hit too! Have family coming to visit in a couple weeks so we will definitely be back!
It is quite small, but a delightful visit, so get here early. I was particularly fond of the fermented cocktails. Happy hour prices are great. Counter service, but top notch hospitality.

If you are looking for good food and even better service, you’ve found the spot! Food here is always on point and you cannot beat the Tuesday happy hour. From the perfectly curated cocktail menu and diverse tap list, to the expansive and creative menu, you can’t go wrong! Perfectly executed dishes from start to finish. And the best part of our night, our server, Randy! Talk about above and beyond service. Can't really put words together to describe how good this was. Everything came out perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and the mussels were buttery. If we didn't live out of state, we'd be regulars, but If we visit Seattle again, we'll be back here in a heartbeat.

My mother taught me from a very young age to always be truthful and never tell a lie. That being said, this place, hands down, gave me one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life. Not only was I taken aback by how delicious everything sounded on the menu but a group of us ordered multiple items to enjoy and boy did it surpass all expectations (which were already high). We ordered mussels, ribs, wings, fries, and their 2 desserts (the bread pudding and the coconut tiramisu). I swear on my life I was thrown into another state of mind eating each dish. Each item was cooked to literal perfection and seasoned so well I don’t think any place I’ve eaten at recently has been able to meet my standards like this. The meat fell off the bone, each part of it was so delectable and flavorful we polished off every single plate. While it’s hard to pick a star of the show, the bread pudding… I think I died and went to Heaven. This place deserves a Michelin star. We will definitely be coming back!

Delicious food. This is my new go-to comfort food spot. My favorite is the shrimp and grits, the sauce is so flavorful! They have amazing cocktails (Non-alcoholic versions/options too) made from house-brewed ferments—a must try if you like novel beverages.
