Sabine is a special place in Seattle for my friends and I - a place where we've gotten together over the years to catch up after time apart and celebrate accomplishments and ask for advice. This year they even crafted a custom cocktail for my friend's birthday and put it on the menu as a surprise for her - HUGE THANK YOU to the whole Sabine Team! I LOVE this place and it's whole vibe <3.
Super imaginative Gin and Tonic offerings. The BEST original cocktail I have had in years. Beautiful decor. Noise level rating had more to do with a local festival that was occurring. I was seated on the patio, it's hard to say what the noise could be like otherwise. Special shout out to the 2 hosts and manager, they were so warm and welcoming.
Wonderful service, excellent food but the outdoor seating was very cold, and although I reserved a table we weren't given a choice. Serving staff just don't notice the temperature because they are super busy rushing around but sitting in the cold means you don't stay for coffee and dessert!!
