This is the worst place to eat. The servers act like they’re in charge and are extremely rude. On top of that, they add a 20% service charge for poor customer service. The food is overpriced, and the overall experience is terrible. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Hi, we came for dinner tonight . Food taste was really really bad . Naan bread taste like not fresh . Taste like frozen naan . We order onion salad it’s only little size not even half size onion . U guys charge 20 percent extra service charge which is really really bad . We try to go few different places but no one charge extra service charge . So I will prefer to not come back and I will tell all my friends about bad experience tonight .

I ordered butter chicken , which was not the butter chicken, chicken seems like it was frozen chicken, and the gravy was too thin, somehow they have changed it, that i appreciate it but by that time naan were cold. We left the food , never coming back. Not a good taste for us not like authentic indian flavour, wasted money.
Has been a bit since last we ate at the Saffron Grill so was pleased to meet a friend there for dinner this week. The food was as tasty as I remembered, and the staff has definitely upped their game providing more than attentive service. Will definitely be back for another meal. Well worth the drive to Northgate for their food and service.

I usually get takeout from here and It I really good the containers they come in don't spill and the food is easy to reheat. All the food that I have gotten here is good and it tastes really good. I love Indian food and this is definitel my favorite place to get Indian food. I don't think I have been to the restaurant yet but the food is really good. That is the reason why I put 3stars for service and atmosphere. But the food is great and overall I would definitely recommend this for other people

Saffron Grill is an outstanding Indian/Mediterranean restaurant. The food is delicious and there are plenty of selections from which to choose. John, our server, did an outstanding job taking care of us and the place has a fun atmosphere. This was our second time at Saffron Grill and was better than I remembered. I highly recommend Saffron Grill.
