One of our top favourite Sushi Omakase restaurants in Seattle! We love to book out their one dinner slot (when its six or more) with our friends and try all the incredible sake offerings the chef has! It's far better to just order a bottle and share than to do their sake flight in case you ever visit him
Took my brothers here to celebrate one of their birthdays, and it was hands down the best dining experience we've ever had. Everything was delicious, the chef was knowledgeable and fun, the ambiance was amazing with a dining room of just my brothers and I along with one other couple. We were served a hand roll with Japanese wagyu, toro, and uni, I'm not sure I'll ever eat anything that delicious ever again. Can't wait to come back here some day.
I loved how you can get an entirely private omakase experience at a similar price point to other popular high-end sushi places in Seattle. Sai’s hospitality is awesome, and I’d definitely recommend this place for special occasions.
On a side note, this is a “one-man” restaurant, so Sai would not be at the bar at all times, as he has to handle all sorts of stuff to present a wonderful sushi experience.
