Came here last year for a quick drink before getting a tattoo very impressed and promised myself I’d be back for food which I did yesterday after coming from the airport. Bahn mi dip was so tasty and the bone marrow broth delightful. Can’t wait to come back

My husband and I haven’t had this in a year and we still talk about how it’s the best Pho we’ve ever had and probably ever will. It might even beat anything we have in Vietnam. The coffee was also good but the pho…. We will come back to Seattle for the pho!!!

I liked this place. I'm a big fan of Vietnamese food so always looking for the next hidden gem. I'm rating them based on what we ordered, and not specifically what they are famous for.
Entering the place it had a charming ambiance, very modern and minimalistic with an Asian flair, felt awesome.
Service was friendly which is always nice for an Asian restaurant. Typically used to the hustle and bustle, but here it's a bit more of a laid back vibe.
Food wise we ordered the cold cut sandwich, the grilled pork, the rice bowl, and the dumplings.
Starting with the rice bowl, this was a fantastic deal for $19 you get an enormous bowl of rice, meat and veggies. Meat is seared and seasoned very well. The veggies are delicious and there's at least a cup and a half of rice in there. Depending on your appetite this can honestly be shared with someone else.
The dumplings were good, nothing special, but not deep fried so that's already a win in my book.
The grilled pork sandwich was great, bread was crisp, the meat to veggie ratio was perfect, honestly only thing I wish it had a little more of was the lard to make it fattier, but that's a personal thing.
The only thing that was underwhelming for us was the cold cut. It just didn't pack the punch with the pate that we expected of this type of sandwich.
This was a solid option. I do wish the pricing was a bit lower. But considering the location it is understandable.

I bought a vermicelli bowl today, but the noodles smelled very strange and seemed spoiled, so I could not eat it. I tried calling the hotline, but no one answered.

Spent a few days in Seattle, haven’t been terribly impressed with any cuisine until we got to Saigon Drip Cafe.
Unassuming from the exterior but great food. Comforting Pho with a savory flavorful broth. And an amazing Bahn Mi Drip - imagine a Vietnamese cheesesteak with a concentrated pho broth. Surprisingly best meal we’ve had.
Talked to the owner for a bit - the recipes are directly from his mom. Can’t get any more authentic than that. 👏👏👏
