What a wonderful spot and a perfect stop after visiting Kubota Garden. The dining room was clean and spacious, and the service prompt and friendly. The bun bo hue was delicious and a welcome change from the salt bomb broths I’ve become accustomed to from Vietnamese noodle soups in Seattle. The flavors were nuanced and not too heavy or salty. I especially enjoyed the tender pork knuckle and the (homemade?) small meatballs flecked with what tasted and appeared to be makrut lime...
This place was heaven sent. We wanted to try out another restaurant that was closed for lunch and we found this accidentally and happy we did. The pork chops were tender the white rice was flavorful and the spring rolls were fried to perfection. The steak was flavorful and cooked medium just the way I like it. I only wish I was hungry enough to eat pho too. Lol
I was in the restaurant at 7:15 p.m., no customer was waiting, we sat for 15 minutes no service, finally we went to the register to had them come to take the order. Took about 20 mins. to get our food. Food was good, but customer service is very slow, even nobody was in the restaurant.
