Mind blowing baked goods (danish was to die for), good sandwiches (we had a Fried Egg sandwich with extra sausage and mushrooms, and it was good but not great - lacked flavor and sauce, buns were awesome though). Coffee (latte on almond milk) was good (they use Proud Mary beans) - 8/10, matcha was good too 7/10. Lots of seating available. Line is a bit long but moves fast.
I visited St. Bread in Seattle today, and it couldn’t have been a more beautiful day for it. The atmosphere is fantastic—warm, welcoming, and buzzing with energy. One thing to note: you’ll want to get there early because the line to order can get long, but honestly, it’s worth the wait. The vibe, the people, and the overall experience make this spot a must-visit if you’re in the area.
An ok cafe, but not the bread bakery I thought it was, service and atmosphere is nice. Very nice people work here, but the bread was nothing special, and like most things in Seattle it feels a bit over rated. My sandwich bread was soggy and not technically well prepared for the type of bread it was, but over all I can appreciate what they do here, despite the fact that it’s very mid and in another city would just be a regular cafe.
