A recent month-long trip to Japan whetted our appetite for sake. We parked at the Tukwila light rail station and took Sound Transit into Seattle. We chose one each of the two tasting flights (three pours with each one), then got an additional pour of our favorite from the initial tasting. Both my wife and I prefer the drier styles normally, but were happy to try one that was slightly effervescent and with hints of green apple.

Happened upon this business when visiting downtown Seattle. We decided to stop in and enjoy some sake as treat to ourselves. We got two sets of sake samplers and shared them while chatting away with one of the owners. The sake was delicious, the atmosphere was nice and the service was excellent. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. The featured samplers change out seasonally giving you a reason to come back and there is a wide variety of sake to try if you want to go off...
The gentleman operating the place when I was there knew his stuff! My friend and I went in on recommendation from a proprietor local to him (my friend lives in California) and I'm glad he made the recommendation.The menu is a rotating menu which I believe is changed weekly (don't quote me on that!) with the option for individual pours or flights of 3 curated sakes.
