I love this place! My family and I order from door dash all the time and it’s the only take out food my mom eats ( short ribs are mouth watering). I decided to dine in solo and try the pho, I was in foodie heaven. The food looks and tastes fresh and presentation did not disappoint.

I ordered the beef short ribs. Everything was delicious. Big portions and the ribs were juicy and tender. They have a lot of other options on the menu. Don’t hesitate to visit this restaurant, you won’t regret it.

Tried this place today. The food was terrific and the service was nice. The only reason I gave only 4 for atmosphere was because of the painters tape on the air vent. Yes im being particular. I have never seen a Muslim owned Vietnamese restaurant that was halal. I had to try and I would certainly come back. Thank you for a great experience

I really wanted to love my visit to Salima this time, especially since I used to come here often last year and it was always outstanding. We even drove an hour just to come back! Unfortunately, this visit was pretty disappointing.

The banh mi bread tasted like it was a few days old it seemed like they tried to save it by toasting it, but it was still dry and hard. The pho didn’t have the rich flavor I remembered, and the chicken wings were completely bland unless I added sauce myself. The teriyaki chicken was the only dish that tasted okay.

I really hope this was just an off day because this place used to be amazing. I’d love to see it go back to the quality it once had.

The cuisine was exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the roti canai, beef skewers, and pho, all of which were remarkably flavorful and perfectly prepared, exhibiting excellent moisture and doneness. While the taro fries did not entirely suit my personal taste, I recognize that this is a subjective matter. The mango lassi also proved to be a delightful selection. In summary, the dining experience offered excellent value and quality.

I WON’T be returning. I’ve been a regular customer at Salima Specialties and usually enjoy their food, although customer service has never really been their strength.

My experience today was extremely disappointing. I ordered the chicken teriyaki (my go-to) and found a long piece of hair wrapped into the chicken. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, there was no genuine apology, explanation, or acknowledgment of the mishap. They even avoided answering when asked if hairnets were being used.

While they replaced the food, the lack of accountability and concern for cleanliness was unacceptable. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back.

Came here with the boys, tried the brisket pho and meatball pho. The meatball pho portions are amazing, and the brisket tastes really good. Highly recommend this halal pho spot!!

Food is always delicious and service is good but the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves much to be desired; the floor is sticky, and the walls and windows are dirty.
