It was my birthday and I ordered a split scoop of two seasonals and it was amazing. The scooper was so nice and gave it to me free of charge! Made my day! I’ve always loved going here, and I try to make it down here at least one a month to try the seasonal flavors. Fantastic Service. She was so sweet and engaging! 5 stars!

Nice place for ice cream with some funky flavors; we went for the ice cream tacos but they ran out; had the salty caramel and it was Rich and smooth; The waffle cone was a bit stale though as I expected it to be fresh

I was at this salt & straw location with my sister today (it was her first time) and the lady who helped us made my sister’s day! She was super helpful with flavor recommendations and patiently let her try the different flavors. I wish I remembered her name, thank you so much for being so amazing!

Frequent customer at this location! Overall, salt and straw has an excellent selection of staple and interesting seasonal flavors. This particular location can get busy but the employees do a great job keeping the line moving while being super kind and patient with samples.
I believe consistent great service reflects the employees and their satisfaction with their job, and their management. Shout out to Rhea, who is an awesome manager who views patrons as individuals. Won't get into specifics, but recently I was having a crappy day, and she went above and beyond to make it better. I won't forget those types of gestures! Thanks Rhea and team!

Insanely delicious and creamy vegan ice cream. Super nice staff. Samples are in real spoons and not disposable which I appreciated.
It feels like my birthday when they deliver my favorite vegan ice cream!!!!! Especially since I became lactose intolerant, I thought I had lost my fave treat forever, y’all came through with the vegan mint chip - it is so amazing! Creamier than the best of the real thing! Love the exotic flavors too.

salt and straw is absolutely amazing!!!! my fav flavor is the salted caramel ribbon and it is so good i could eat it all day. all their flavors are really good, especially the monthly ones. there is always a line halfway around the block, so when you drove by you can tell which one it is. i would recommend salt and straw to anyone who actually appreciates really good ice cream!
