First time trying this place saw one I think in Kirkland but didn’t know that it was. So glad the store I was in the area for wasn’t open yet! The lady on staff was also super helpful and kind!
The flavor was very rich and so was the attention. They gave us free trials to be sure which one we liked best. Thank you!
I am visiting Seattle for a conference. We walked for 20mins to find actual ice cream. This business was awesome. From the moment we entered the store the young lady behind the counter(with pigtails) was amazing. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was super friendly and informative so 10stars for service. The ice cream was super delicious and smooth. I had the caramel ribbon it was AMAZING!
Great ice cream, friendly staff.
I don't know what the hype about is basic ice cream with attitude 😒
i love this place but damn, had the worst experience here last night. i went there friday night around 9pm and the girl helping us was literally so rude for no reason. she kept asking us to repeat ourselves even though we were speaking loudly enough, kept rolled her eyes when we asked for samples (only asked for one), and was not listening at all when we were ordering.
honestly don't really want to come back to this location if rude customer service is the norm now
It's very sweet but the artificial taste is too strong. It doesn't have a very real and dense feeling. It's just ordinary.
They have some of the best flavors around and great customer service
A great ice cream spot to top off or kick off your night.
Dietary restrictions: Good vegan options.

This place is perfect. I try to make it once a month and they never disappoint. Helpful staff, great product, good ol Capitol Hill.

Fast service. Ice cream flavors were too complicated. I had pumpkin pie tiramisu and it tasted only of baking spices, nothing else. My friend's white chocolate peppermint bark cone lacked any peppermint flavor. Same issue for our whole crew. Crowded inside, mostly with the disorganized line of customers ordering or waiting or reading the menu. Nowhere comfortable to stand (or sit!) and eat. Outside was freezing and rainy, but preferable. Unpleasant location/experience TBH.

Love salt and straw. This is first time at downtown Seattle location. Nice and quiet and hardly any line. Loves of seating so was a nice change to sit and enjoy inside on a drizzly day in winter. They have all the classics. Favorite is salted malted chocolate chip cookie dough. Seasonal were all vegan.

I've been coming here every once in a while for the last few years, and I've never been disappointed; service is very efficient and the selection is pretty good. This is typically my first suggestion for ice cream spots in Seattle.
