10/10 experience!
McKenna helped us and she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She had really fun recommendations on what to try, and every suggestion came with a story that made it even better. Highly recommend stopping by, especially if McKenna is working.
Their Halloween flavors have me gasping when I read what’s in them. So good! Gracie was really friendly and attentive!
We loved our first experience at Salt & Straw! Such cool, unique flavors (crickets in ice cream?!), and the manager McKenna was so knowledgable on the flavors and so kind throughout the flavor-selection process (it's so hard to choose!). Thanks McKenna! Can't wait to come back soon :)
Scoop sizes are super small compared to molly moon even though a double scoop cost near $10 before tip.
Damn, even the toppings are additional charge. Only like 30% of their monthly flavors are good
My girlfriend and I came in and both got single scoops and for some reason their scoop size was like 1/2 the size of the usual scoops from the cap hill location and the cones were super stale..
Good ice cream, unique flavors, but did have a long line in such a small store front. Very kind and efficient workers.
Good but pricey
This new location is well located and sparkling clean. The staff were so nice, and very patient with my many questions. As always, the ice cream was delicious and they had a good variety of flavors. The price is always higher than I'd like, but this is the price you pay for nice things in a city like Seattle, so such is life.
The flavors were good, but I find them leaning too far on the overly sweet side of things. The waffle cone, in particular, was extremely sweet compared to other cones I’ve had. Maybe that’s what a lot of people like, but I found both the ice cream’s and the cone’s flavors got lost somewhat in the sweetness level.
I’m not sure if it was just the particular day, but based on other photos I’ve seen, I feel like they keep the ice cream slightly warmer than other ice cream places I’ve been. I like it less soft and melty, but I’m sure others might disagree and prefer this melty consistency.
Always love visiting Salt & Straw 🍨 and I was SO excited to see they opened a new location on Queen Anne!! Great seasonal flavors as always. Big freezer with to-go pints available and other merch for sale. You really can’t go wrong here, all the flavors are amazing!
I tried the seasonal Apple Cider Donut and (my favorite) the Salted Malted Cookie Dough, which was a great duo. Pro tip: order a single scoop half & half for the perfect amount, and you get to try 2 flavors!

Amazing ice cream and stellar service. Try as many flavors as you want, especially when the line isn't super long. My favorites are sea salt with caramel ribbons, coffee & love nuts, and Strawberry balsamic. The seasonal Apple series is also delicious, such as the vanilla apple custard and the apple and cheddar cinnamon roll.
amazing smiling employees, so happy they are finally open!! Amazing ice cream and great service ! Keep up the good work
Love their ice cream and all the cool flavors they come up with! The new spot is super cute, and I had such a good time trying a scoop. The staff was really sweet and made the whole experience even better.
Definitely recommend grabbing some ice cream here! 🍦✨
A good day for ice cream, it was very short line. I got help right away. I got samples for the seasonal apple flavors but I went with the classic salted caramel on waffle cone. I enjoyed my ice cream on the red bench outside. The staff was friendly and took time to explain what was inside the samples that I tired. Street parking.
10/10 vanilla
