I love salt but my ham was so salty I could not eat it. Coffee was cold and really slow to arrive at table. Asked for oat milk and did not get. Love the space but the waiters always act like they are super busy and it has never been busy when I am there.

Wonderful food. The black cod was delicious. The vegetables and bread were outstanding. The butter was amazing

We had the prix fixe menu for Thanksgiving. We were there for early dinner service. The portion sizes were very inconsistent: it started out generous with the first course (soup), second course (salad) was proportionate enough for two, but the various sides that accompanied the main course were barely enough for one person... very tiny. My husband speculated that they may not have portioned things out correctly between their various tables, hence they were running low by the time they got to us. Entrees were what you'd expect, although mine was cold by the time it hit the table. Overall, the food was fine. Service was lovely and attentive. I'd come back again for the ambiance and would definitely try again with the food.

I've been here twice for a birthday dinner. Consistently impressed with the food, service, and ambience. You won't be disappointed. I loved the Pork Chop, the potato's, and the smoky beets. The fresh sourdough bread service and the Eton Mess desert are Chef's kiss.

Great downtown Seattle location, I took clients here for lunch mid-week and we were all impressed. I'd send clients here again, and want to try to rooftop bar next. Great job Populous!

I think this could be Seattle's next destination restaurant. It really is THAT good. Located in the new, PNW themed Populous Hotel in Pioneer Square, we began our experience by walking up a grand staircase. We were seated promptly and served by Tian and Jason who were both knowledgeable, professional, engaging and very service oriented. While the decor is fantastic, with a beautiful open kitchen, the star of the show was the food. A smallish menu, but packed with plenty for everybody. We began with a Bibb lettuce salad which was accompanied by thinly sliced carrots and watermelon radish along with a few walnuts. It was perfectly dressed and reminded me of a Waldorf salad. Next up were Manila clams with Kielbasa... what an inspired pairing. We ordered bread service for two and we were treated to a show in itself! A large tray complete with a steaming boule of hot sourdough with freshly made pickles, olive oil infused with anchovies, olives & peppers and cultured butter served up table side. Very impressive and delicious. This was followed by a spaetzle, with shaved Brussels sprouts, Beecher's cheese and mushrooms that went perfectly together. Our final dish was a seared black cod with baby bok choy and a fricassee of white beans. This was a classic example of synergy: the cod and the bok choy, by themselves seemed a touch under seasoned, while the beans alone were over seasoned slightly. But eaten together they were fantastic. All of the presentations were beautiful and we found the prices to be a great value considering the quality of the food, service and overall experience. Mark this one down for your next dinner in Downtown Seattle!!!

Hope I hit it on a bad day. Possibly understaffed. Took 35 min for drinks after order and took 45 min for food after order. Egg Benedict came with one completely undercooked with raw white and one with solid yolk. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The food and service were great. Our only complaint is that while the setting and decor are exquisite, the dining table and chairs were incredibly uncomfortable even for an average height person. We sat in a booth and the seating was too deep, forcing you to sit on the edge of the seat, so no ease or relaxing there and the table was too tall so I felt like a t-rex reaching for my food, elbows up. Whoever picked the furniture clearly never sat down to try to eat on it

I had a chance to check out Brunch here today and it was a VIBE. I ordered the Farmers Benedict with Avocado & Bacon, cold brew and there was even a band!! The Emerald City Cats brought it and

The rooftop bar, Firn, was a wonderful surprise with views of downtown Seattle skyscrapers. The print on the menus is minuscule, however. Cost for four drinks and 2 apps was about $150 not counting tip. The restaurant, Salt Harvest, was calm and subdued. Almost too dark however. They need more down-lighting against walls. This would not detract from the ambiance and make menu reading easier The food is delicious though pricy. With a glass of wine each and a couple of sides and an appetizer with no dessert, expect to spend about $150 each. This includes the built in 20% gratuity, however. I would go back for a special occasion.

Our server Jason was AMAZING. The food was 10/10 along with the service and atmosphere. The espresso martini was genuinely the best cocktail I have ever had. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Servers super nice - bar and food service was slow doesn't seem could handle the capacity (it wasn't full but was busy). Prices don't aline with the quality steak portion for steak and eggs was small - $28 bfast sandwich was ok but not for the price didn't even have any cheese or sauce on it just omelette style eggs and a very fatty piece of bacon (was mostly all fat)

Local to Seattle and tried this newish place out. Amazing food with good flavors! Cocktails at the restaurant we're on point, perfectly crafted, and glassware was nice. Vibes were nice with the wood and plants, bar staff was welcoming and friendly! Vibes were a little off because the entrance has really bright lights, I'd recommend turning them down at the top of the stairs.

If you show up early, the rooftop has good views but cocktails were not great. Order wine or beer.

Harper and the team provided outstanding service. Amber Jack and Huckleberry app. was generous and delicious. We had the King Salmon, prepared perfectly. NY strip was worth every penny of the $71 price. Motor city Kitty Syhra was a perfect pairing and a great value. Great selection of Gin. We had a Tangeray Gibson, Oil
Can Dirty Martin, and two others I don't remember. We were a four top... Also after dinner drinks Calvedos, Hennessey, & Desert. Nice atmosphere, A great experience.
