I eat here often because it's reliably a good meal at a good price, and service is consistently good with friendly, experienced, long-term wait staff!

Shocked that there were no refills for soda water - not coke or sprite - soda water. And our dinner wasn't coursed, so soup and salads all arrived with our main course. Very disappointed, probably won't visit again. Food was good, and they comped us 2 desserts because the dinner wasn't coursed out.

Saltoro is a true culinary gem. From the moment you walk in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Every dish is crafted with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully — you can truly taste the passion and care behind every bite.
The food is absolutely delicious: balanced, flavorful, and full of creative combinations that delight your taste buds. Whether it’s an intimate dinner or a night out with friends, it’s always a memorable experience.
A special mention goes to César, the owner, who provides outstanding service. He’s friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about every guest’s experience. His presence and dedication take the dining experience to another level. Without a doubt, Saltoro is one of those places you’ll want to come back to again and again.

Waited over an hour for our food with two small children. Food came out incorrect and cold, but we were so hungry we ate it.

I am currently at this restaurant for brunch. The restaurant is not crowded. It has taken an hour for my two little nieces to get their food. The adults do not have food yet. No apology from the staff when we politely inquire. Hopefully our food will be here within another hour. This is an incredibly disappointing service experience, and I will not be coming back.

Their steak fries take me back to France The truffle fries are exquisite. That said, everything else on their menu has both nourished me and impressed. What more can I say? But don't take my word for it...

After a 30 day clean-eating challenge and a day that even I am proud of myself for championing through, I felt compelled to kick off the trip with good eats at a random local establishment off the beaten path…
The vibe was surprisingly busy for a Monday night, which was a good validation that I had chosen the right location. I sat down at the bar and began to glance at my options. If soulmates exist, I may have found mine staring back at me through a menu. Saltoro and I could be stranded on a deserted island, and I doubt that we would have many arguments.
First Course: Spinach, Grilled Plum and Pancetta Salad
Second Course: Wild Mushroom and Prosciutto Spaghettini
Third Course: Honey Cake (with a side of Chambord 😉)
Service was as great as the food. Although it was clear that they were busier than expected, I never felt neglected.
Fantastic kickoff to my travels!
Not sure why I keep coming here, the food is so mid and the prices are abhorrent. Maybe it's the atmosphere that attracts me but I cannot ignore how bland and tasteless the food is. It's like taking a bite into cardboard. Maybe its just the food I was raised with is significantly different, and other people love the food served here, but I cannot say the same. Lovely place, lovely people, but the food just doesnt hit.

I've given this restaurant multiple chances, but each visit has been disappointing. During my most recent order, I requested a chicken sandwich (specifying no cheese or aioli due to lactose intolerance), extra fries for a friend, and a Saltoro salad for takeout.
Unfortunately, my chicken sandwich was prepared incorrectly the first time despite my dietary restrictions. While I appreciated that the wait staff caught the error before I left, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for it to be remade correctly.
The extra order of fries was soggy and unappetizing. Most disappointing was the Saltoro salad, which consisted of wilted, lifeless lettuce that I had to throw away - a complete waste of money.
This restaurant seems inconsistent in quality, with dine-in experiences appearing to be better than takeout orders. Given the recurring issues, I'm hesitant to return.
