Everything went fine entering went for their lunchtime 2-5 pupusa deal wanted to get some dessert after and was waiting in line. Then they helped the person who had just entered while i was waiting in line. Got a little agitated about that but I told myself its fine I'll just be helped next then they did it a second time. I found that very disrespectful and I left.

I see a comment saying the same thing, and I've complained to management 2 times now. When you're black it's like the chubby brown skin guy with the nose ring who was serving me was rushing to get me out of there when I already told him I was just looking, like why ask me a second time 30 seconds later? And he started it with a "okay, what can I get for you?" like he was losing patience or something? How are you supposed to just instantly grab something and buy it the moment you walk in? And when I was just there 5 minutes ago, I called and asked if I could speak to the guy who served me because I felt like he was rushing me out of there, the girl on the phone wouldn't get him, instead she said he was on break and that he was "tired" (like what?) so I couldn't talk to him to hear his side. Why are these people like this? If they walked into a black business they wouldn't get the same treatment. I hate to leave this bad review, but it's like if I say anything else or go back there, it can get heated and confrontational and I shouldn't have to cause a scene when a business is pretty much a service to the public, I mean damn I live 5 minutes away walking. Get it together, you guys are creating such a bad reputation for yourselves.

The food is delicious but in the kitchen there is a lady named Angela. I have already gone 3 times at 7:00am to buy food for breakfast with my family. I have always ordered pupusas every time I go. She refuses a lot. I always hear her say (who is ordering food so early, who is who?) I am not going to order free food, the food is expensive so as not to receive good service.

Had take out. The rice tasted like like soap. Had a friend taste it. They were like, "tastes like dishwasher soap". The rice was touching the chicken which left a soapy taste. Had to throw it away. Wasted 20 bucks. Not coming back.

I do not recommend the popusas at this place specially the revuelta the ingredients aren’t fresh made they told us that is from the day before and it tasted rancid and we ask for replacement and they say not you will have to pay.

Horrible experience, they made me wait 43 minutes for 3 stuffed breads. They were rude and not only to me but to 3 other customers who were in the store. Even while playing, one of the cashiers threw a cake on the floor. The truth is 0 out of 10 I don't recommend it at all although when you go in the morning the treatment is better but ultimately in the afternoon they pass. 4 p.m.

Unfortunately we won’t be back. We had not been here in a long time but remembered it was always a treat. Something’s changed and not only the renovation. Food was bland as bland could be. Waited over 30 minutes for it. No greeting at the register, just, “what do you want?” When we finally got our order, we asked for hot sauce - the boy said they didn’t have any. There are about 5 different kinds on the shelf in your store. Salt and pepper wasn’t an option as well. Oh, and maybe leave the cockroaches out of the Halloween decor if you’re a restaurant. Just saying. Good luck.

This place is worse in both service and food. It used to be one of our favorite places. Today we went to breakfast on 10/14/24 and we ordered pupusas. I asked for rice flour, they gave me a raw pupusa, I told them, there was no problem, they changed it for me. My friend who ordered Corn came out raw and one of the people who worked in the kitchen told her that the dough came out bad, which is not our fault, then she said that it was cooked because it was even burnt on the outside but that was on the inside. raw and said that my friend would eat it that way

Everything about this establishment is phenomenal! Staff were welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. They were patient with me as I explained a challenging large order. Definitely stop by for some treats!
