I love this place! The food never disappoints. The tres leches cake are so good. I don't like cake, but theirs is the only cake I will eat. The pupusas taste home made. This isn't fast food, and they are made to order, so there is a wait time. You can pass the time by ordering from their pastry case to snack on. Lots to choose from. If in a hurry, I suggest ordering ahead online. The restaurant is cozy and the staff is friendly. Cheers!

This place rocks. It isn't flashy, however this is the best tres leches cake in Seattle. Every year I get one of their tres leches for my wife for her birthday. Their dinner food is great. I love this place and wish it was not so far from my house

Happy to support this long-time White Center business. Candidly, was expecting more flavor from the food. Ordered a Chile Relleno with Pork, though it arrived with chicken. Nice presentation, but the flavor punch was missing. Lovely employees. Huge selection of baked goods.

My family is Salvadoran and it's hard to find truly Salvadoran shops, restaurants and bakeries and I'm happy to share that you can find all here. AND the food was authentic, with rich flavors, fresh and DELICIOUS! My mom will approve! They have a freezer full of hard to find Salvadoran treats, a refrigerator full of creams, cheeses and drinks, snacks and authentic seasonings. The baked goods were tasty, and not overly sweet, offering traditional pastries, cookies, cakes and desserts. Their pan Frances was perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They had tres leches, too, which I'm not a fan of because it tends to be too sweet, messy, and soaked to fall apart but I tried my son's and surprisingly it was none of that.We ordered pupusas (de queso and queso and beans) and they were palm size with a good filling size. Their curtido and sauce was ok. I ordered the platanos fritos plate (frijoles, crema, pan francés, chorizo Salvadoran) and it was a full-size platano cut in half, the beans were creamy and and flavorful. The order was enough for me to take home.We ate and brought home a lot for later. The staff was super helpful and friendly willing to take special requests. We will definitely be returning!

This place has the most delicious pastries and is the best bakery in the area. The tres leche fruit cake always steals the show when I bring it to parties

If you want to eat 100% Salvadoran food, with that seasoning that makes you remember your country, this is the right place, there are many Salvadoran restaurants in WA but this is the only one that has the authentic flavor of my land.

I went 3 times at different times of the year and every time I went to the store, restaurant or bakery, the people who serve do so reluctantly and are very despotic. I don't understand why they work there if they don't like their job. The delicious cakes, fortunately in other places you also find cakes of even better quality than there. Also when purchasing food, they charge you 7 pupusas and only give you 4 or 5. We placed the orders by phone to avoid mistreatment and well... The pilón to definitely NEVER COME AGAIN, they charge you more and unfortunately they give you food less. How unfortunate that they don't take care of their customer service. I definitely don't recommend it, unless you want to receive bad treatment, high charges and less food than you really pay for.

This place is a gem. There were so many choices that I wasn't sure what to pick. I was certain everything would be good and I was not disappointed. I had a pineapple turnover and a mango and almond pastry. They were amazing! The coffee was great too. We stopped in on a weekend afternoon and it was busy but they got everyone served quickly and were very prompt. You order at the counter and can either take to go or sit in the dining room.

The prices are too high in this place, I don't know why they don't even know the food well, the people who work here have no real education.
