Sam choy's poke

Missed a connecting flight back home to Hawai'i, but saw a Sam Choy's restaurant and got curious. Ahi poke salad was not bad, the tuna is previously frozen but not icy which is what sometimes can happen; it tasted great. The wasabi aioli is creamy and not spicy at all, moreso sweet and creamy because of the unagi sauce, but it pairs well. The mai tai in the SPAM can and Hawaiian mule in a pineapple copper mug we're the highlights for me, great presentation. Khang is an awesome bartender, he hooks you up with some strong drinks! Music is awesome too, a fun mix of reggae covers of pop songs. I'd come hang out here again if I had another layover at SeaTac.

Food tastes fine but the proportions are crazy. The lettuce takes up 2/3 of the wrap to make it look bigger. Airports are crazy though.

There were quite a few people waiting but I ordered anyway. I had my poké in less than 10 minutes. I got the small and it was meals worth of dmfood for the average person. It was some of the best pokéive had in general, and maybe the best meal I've had at an airport.

Atmosphere is only 3 stars, its an airport so never gonna see 5 stars on this 1. The food and services was amazing. I'm in 4 airports a week and have never had the quality of food that they serve. You have to chill here if your able.

Surprisingly Delicious Stop at Sam Choy’s Poke – SEA Airport

I wasn’t really sure what to expect when we stopped at Sam Choy’s Poke at Seattle International Airport. It wasn’t my pick… my travel companion was really eager to try it, so we went for it. And I’m glad we did!

We started with the Spam sushi roll as an appetizer, and wow—amazing! Salty, savory, and perfectly balanced. For the main dish, we each ordered the Loco Moco rice bowl: a hearty hamburger patty served over rice, smothered in rich gravy, and paired with your choice of green salad or classic macaroni salad. Every bite was full of bold, comforting flavors.

The portions were huge—honestly, we could have skipped the appetizer, but no regrets there. The service was super friendly and right on point. The setup is pretty simple, nothing fancy, but that didn’t bother me at all.

If you’re passing through SEA and want something filling and flavorful, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.

came in for some breakfast, got the spam fried rice and egg. pretty darn good, and not too hard on the wallet. Lady was also super friendly. Would recommend

It's in Seatac. Clean place. Quick service and plenty of serving in a bowl of Poke'. Delicious! Fresh greens, 2 scoops of rice, and Luao. I got lucky to find this place. Price is reasonable for an airport dine in.

Excellent value for what you pay for! I highly recommend the Moco Loco w/Mac salad! We were surprised how much food you get & it’s actually TASTY! (I was expecting gross airport food but was pleasantly surprised! I felt like I was back in Hawaii!) I came back for the ubi mochi and freakin LOVED IT!

Defiantly got food poisoning from this restaurant on April 1, 2025, flying out of SeaTac. Was sick my entire trip.
