Over the years I been to this restaurant several times and I've always encounterd bad service, despite been nice to them and tipping them always over 20% on togo orders. I even dismissed it as cultural thing like typical Indian, Japanese restaurants or 7-Eleven. The food quality had gotten worse 😩 so now with addition to the bad 👎🏾 service is not worth it.

I think it is a lack of respect and service to decide for the client.

We placed our order, no one asked anything and when we received the meal, it was all packed as to go.

If i would want to eat in a container, I would just order Uber eats. My husband was told that because they were close to 9, it was better like that, but that we could stay until 9:10.

We left the place before 9:10, they just ruined our dinner.

Food, we were expecting better, you literally do not chose the flavor or toppings.
Mine had salad, who wants salad?

I don't love that you order from a computer screen and bus your own table and they prompt you to tip.... Feels like a strange (exploitive) business model.
I sure hope the staff are paid a living wage that doesn't need to be subsidized by tips in a nontraditional tipping setup, in a culture where some businesses abused US tipping norms to underpay workers.

This place lost its original flare with many kinds of yummy poke and feels more like a chain now. But the poke is not bad. Won't go out of my way for it.

I order fairly regularly from the Seattle location and have never had any problems. Today I ordered a Loco Moco with an extra patty and did not receive the patty. I had to return to work and tried calling the restaurant but nobody would pick up.

Prompt, efficient takeout but the food has go so far downhill that it is inedible. Family took two bites and gave up in disgust. I tried it too and i question whether they even know what poke is. The fish was bland, there was no sauce or seasoning, it was like flaccid par-boiled salmon or something, maybe it was just sitting out for a few days— sad how far they have fallen. I am literally throwing it in the garbage now, because WTAF was that disastrous excuse for food?

Been coming here for years, even go to the one in the airport. Always the most delicious comfort food. From the Loco Moco to the Masubi to the Ube Mochi cake. Mouth watering amazingness!

I got a bowl delivered and I think it’s the worst poke I’ve ever had. I got ahi and when I opened the container it immediately smelled off, but I tried a piece of tuna on its own and that was a mistake. I think they forgot to sauce and season it entirely. It tasted like nothing except old fish and the texture was mushier than I have ever experience with ahi.

The carrots were crisp and nice, but the cucumbers were also really mushy with no bite. Unfortunately the rice was dry too!

I tossed 90% of the bowl.

I’ve stopped by before and tried a different poke bowl and it was okay, but this time was really awful ):
