Yeah so I used to get Sam’s all the time before the pandemic and it used to be so good and they had locations all over. I finally drop up to Seattle to try it again and it’s definitely gone very down hill. It doesn’t have any of the familiar flavors like it used it. Idk kinda sad but it wasn’t bad I guess.

I had not been here in a while, and it's just as delicious as the last time I was here. I got the poke bowl with ahi tuna (spicy) and coconut water. Everything was very fresh. The people who work there are always so nice!

I got the salmon poke salad at the food truck, Fremont market. The salmon wasn’t fresh at all! What a waste of $18 for a lame salad, pls do better

You can't go wrong here, everything on the menu is great! Plus now they have tropical lemonade too, you can pick from mango or guava! And don't forget the Mac salad, the perfect addition to your poke or chicken.

Dine in is best for small groups of 4 or less, as the tables are setup for 2-4. There's is a long standing bar where you can eat outside of you have a bigger group.

My first time back in over a year. I always order the poke salad but this time not so good. The salmon poke was bland and unflavored - I requested and paid $2 extra for the soy and sesame sauce and there was none to be found. Only one little container of salad dressing (not enough) and the veggies were past date. Tomatoes were mushy and old, cucumbers yellow and there was brown and iced over looking lettuce throughout the salad. Oh and lastly the veggies had a fishy taste to them when eaten alone. This was an $18 salad that I used to love!!! So sad!!

Over the years I been to this restaurant several times and I've always encounterd bad service, despite been nice to them and tipping them always over 20% on togo orders. I even dismissed it as cultural thing like typical Indian, Japanese restaurants or 7-Eleven. The food quality had gotten worse 😩 so now with addition to the bad 👎🏾 service is not worth it.

I think it is a lack of respect and service to decide for the client.

We placed our order, no one asked anything and when we received the meal, it was all packed as to go.

If i would want to eat in a container, I would just order Uber eats. My husband was told that because they were close to 9, it was better like that, but that we could stay until 9:10.

We left the place before 9:10, they just ruined our dinner.

Food, we were expecting better, you literally do not chose the flavor or toppings.
Mine had salad, who wants salad?

I don't love that you order from a computer screen and bus your own table and they prompt you to tip.... Feels like a strange (exploitive) business model.
I sure hope the staff are paid a living wage that doesn't need to be subsidized by tips in a nontraditional tipping setup, in a culture where some businesses abused US tipping norms to underpay workers.

This place lost its original flare with many kinds of yummy poke and feels more like a chain now. But the poke is not bad. Won't go out of my way for it.

I order fairly regularly from the Seattle location and have never had any problems. Today I ordered a Loco Moco with an extra patty and did not receive the patty. I had to return to work and tried calling the restaurant but nobody would pick up.
