My favorite ramen spot so far in Seattle! I like the tampopo shoyu. Since I don't eat pork I get it with just the veggies, I and add a little soy sauce and their garlic chili paste and it gets me right every time. You can taste the quality, time and effort in their noodles and broth! This is one of the few ramen options in the u district, so it’s hard to give this place too low a score, but its ingredients are definitely on the low side compared to the price, and the restaurant decoration is also very simple. If you only want to eat it occasionally If you want ramen once, you might as well go to Capitol Hill for a more authentic meal.

I tried Samurai Noodle the 1st time forever ago when I first moved to Seattle and did not particularly remember if I liked the ramen or not.
