Been loyal customer of Samurai Noodle for the last 10 years. If you into spicy stuff ask for Hell fire paste. Better on side. To add as little as you want 😂 My best choice Shoy Tonkotsu ramen

I liked this spot fairly well. One thing that I will say was the noodles were a little thin for my liking. However the broth definitely makes up for it. I got the tonkatsu ramen and the broth was so creamy and the taste was so phenomenal. The service was solid as well as the atmosphere. We went during a super nice and quiet time of the day where it felt super calm within the building. Overall would definitely recommend coming here.

I really liked the broth for what I got. It was rich, almost milky and spicy. I forget the name of it, but it was under the seasonal and specials, it was described as something the staff made up for their own lunches. So good, it had karaage chicken in it and some other stuff.

This is a place where you go in, pick a spot, then you're waited on, pay at the counter.
I was in the mood for some spicy ramen and the spicy shoyu tonkotsu ramen hit the spot that day. I was given water, but no refills, not great when you get a spicy dish.
However, the value isn't there, especially if you get the karaage, $8 for four medium size pieces of chicken. For ramen, a side, and tip, it was $33, one of my most expensive lunches in the U district.

Tasty Ramen! I had the Cherry Blossom Special Shrimp Ramen and it was pretty good! The service was fast! I enjoy this ramen restaurant a lot! You should try the lychee cocktail! I highly recommend it!

Very clean & welcoming atmosphere. Great prices & even better food. The service was top notch - definitely plan to make this a regular stop anytime I'm in Seattle!
Parking: Way overpriced - would recommend street parking if available.

I can’t get enough of this place! The spicy garlic rice is my absolute favorite because it’s so delicious! OMG.. and I’ve tried a few of their ramens, all of which have been amazing. This spot is truly addictive!! I’ve been quite a few times already and will now officially add it to my list of go-to staples. Highly recommend for anyone craving great ramen and flavorful dishes in the U District!

Mushroom ramen was DELICIOUS. The broth had a good buttery taste to it that I loved, and the pork slice included was some of the best pork I've had. Service was kind and quick. I came here on a whim and it was SO worth it.

Some of the best pork belly I have had. Straight up melts in the mouth and for a really good price and portion size. The Melon cream soda is also fantastic!
Had Spicy Tonkotsu & regular Tonkotsu ramen. Beyond expectations. Price is okay considering it's Seattle. Good food.

Nice ramen place near UW. I ordered the Tampopo Shouyu Ramen and it was pretty good. Food comes out quick and is right down the street from campus.
